تاثیر تحریم‌های بین‌المللی بر صادرات زیربخش‌های صنعتی ایران

تجارت خارجی از دیرباز ابزاری برای دستیابی به محصولات با کمترین هزینه ممکن بوده و در راستای اهداف رفاهی حکومت ها قرار داشته است. در این میان، تحریم ها به دلیل ایجاد انحراف در روند طبیعی مبادلات اقتصادی بین المللی، کشور تحت تحریم را از منافع تجارت خارجی محروم می سازند. ایران بعد از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی، همواره تحت تحریم های مختلف قرار داشته است. بخش صنعت کشور یکی از مهم ترین بخش های اقتصادی است که صادرات آن، سهم عمده ای از صادرات غیر نفتی را به خود اختصاص می دهد. این بخش خود متشکل از زیر بخش های مختلفی است که بررسی میزان اثر پذیری صادرات هر یک از آن ها از تحریم ها، به منظور برنامه ریزی در جهت مقاوم‌سازی اقتصاد کشور ضروری به نظر می رسد. برای همین منظور، مطالعه حاضر به بررسی و مقایسه تاثیر تحریم های مختلف بر صادرات کالاهای صنعتی ایران در 22 زیر بخش صنعتی (در سطح کدهای دو رقمی isic) طی دوره زمانی 1394- 1379 می پردازد. نتایج حاصله نشان می دهد که هر یک از زیربخش های مختلف صنعتی به میزان های متفاوتی از تحریم های مختلف متاثر شده اند و در خصوص برخی از زیربخش های صنعتی نیز، تاثیر تحریم ها معنی دار نبوده است.

The Impact of International Sanctions on the Export of Iran’s Industrial Sub-Sectors

Foreign trade has long been a means of achieving products at the lowest possible cost and has been in line with the welfare goals of governments. In the meantime, the sanctions deprive the country under sanctions from foreign trade benefits by imposing a distortion on the normal course of international economic exchanges. Since the victory of the Islamic Revolution, Iran has always been under various sanctions. The country’s industrial sector is one of the most important economic sectors, whose exports accounts for a large share of nonoil exports. This sector itself consists of several subsectors, and assessing the effectiveness of the exports of each of them from the sanctions is necessary in order to strengthening the country’s economy. To that end, the present study examines and compares the impact of different sanctions on the export of Iran’s industrial goods in 22 industrial subsectors (at the level of twodigit ISIC codes) over the period of 20002015. The results show that each of the different industrial subsectors have been affected at different degrees by different sanctions, and in some other industrial subsectors, the impact of the sanctions are not significant
