سنجش شاخص لرنر صنایع تبدیلی بخش کشاورزی ایران (رهیافت سازمان صنعتی)

در این مقاله با استفاده از شاخص لرنر، ارزیابی از قدرت بازاری صنایع تبدیلی فعال بخش کشاورزی ارایه گردیده است. نتایج این مطالعه نشان می دهد صنایع تولید کود شیمیایی و ترکیبات ازت، صنایع آماده سازی و آرد کردن غلات و حبوب، صنایع پاک کردن و درجه بندی و بسته بندی خرما و صنایع عمل آوری و حفاظت ماهی و فراورده های ماهی و سایر حیوانات دریایی از فساد بترتیب با دارا بودن شاخص لرنر 56/0،  41/0 ،  24/0  و  18/0 دارای بالاترین قدرت بازاری در میان صنایع تبدیلی بخش کشاورزی در ایران بوده اند. همچنین یافته های این تحقیق بیانگر آن است که صنایع تولید روغن و چربی حیوانی و نباتی خوراکی، صنایع عمل آوری و حفاظت گوشت و فراورد ههای گوشتی از فساد، صنایع عمل آوری و حفاظت میوه ها و سبزی ها از فساد (بجز پسته و خرما) ، صنایع تولید فراورده های لبنی و تولید ماشین آلات کشاورزی و جنگلداری صنایعی با ساختار رقابت موثر بوده اند و صنایع عمل آوری و حفاظت ماهی و فراورده های ماهی و سایر حیوانات دریایی از فساد، پاک کردن و درجه بندی و بسته بندی خرما، آماده سازی و آرد کردن غلات و حبوب ، چای سازی و تولید کود شیمیایی و ترکیبات ازت جز صنایعی می باشند که دارای ساختار انحصار موثر بوده اند.

The results indicate that industries of Manufacture of nitrogenous fertilizers and nitrogen compounds, manufacture of flour mixes and prepared blended flour and dough for bread, cakes, biscuits or pancakes, Cleaning and grading and packing dates and industries of Processing and preserving of fish, crustaceans and molluscs have experienced the highest market power under the Lerner index with 0.56, 0.41, 0.24 and 0.18 values respectively among the converting industries. The findings also imply that industries of Manufacture of edible vegetable and animal oils and fats, Processing and preserving of meat, Processing and preserving of fruit and vegetables excluding date and pistachio, Manufacture of dairy products and industries of manufacture of machinery used in agriculture and forestry have had an effective competition structure while industries of Manufacture of macaroni, noodles, couscous and similar farinaceous products, Cleaning  and grading and packing dates, manufacture of flour mixes and prepared blended flour and dough for bread, cakes, biscuits or pancakes, Making tea and industries of manufacture of nitrogenous fertilizers and nitrogen compounds have had an effective monopoly structure.
