Politics and Governance in Islam

In this study, we deal with the political system in islam, which is represented in the rulership of god and his validity for legislation. on its necessity as a prelude to exporting the islamic revolution to the whole world. therefore, there is no distinction between politics and religion; of course, the concept of political system in islam, according to the teachings of the ahl albayt, is also different from other teachings, so the beliefs of other schools can not be ignored. these cases are important principles that the doctrine of islam adopts that in using the text of the holy quran and in the method of imitation to implement the legal rules, enjoining the good and forbidding the evil and the category of caliphate, there is a view that there are cases in the holy quran has been cited; because believing in the infallibility of the prophet and his family is from god. therefore, in this research, evidence has been presented about the correctness of beliefs in order to determine the authority for issuing divine verses and how to interpret it.

السیاسة والحکم فی الإسلام

نتعرض فی هذا البحث إلى النظام السیاسی فی الإسلام والمتمثل فی حاکمیة الله وصلاحیته للتشریع ونتعرض إلى أهم النقاط التی نفترق فیها مع بقیة المذاهب من ناحیة إمتداد حاکمیة النبوة والإمامة إلى المرجعیة الدینیه فی عصر الغیبة لبناء الدولة الإسلامیة والدعوة العالمیة وأیضاح النقاط الرئیسیه من النص والإجتهاد والعصمة والأدله على ضرورتها تمهیدا لتصدیر الثورة الإسلامیة إلى العالم أجمع. من البدیهی بانه لا یوجد انفصال بین السیاسة والدین، وهنالک بعض الاختلافات فی العقیدة التی نتبناها لذا مما لا یخفى اننا نعرض مفهوم النظام السیاسی فی الاسلام وفق مذهب أهل البیت ولا نتجاهل آراء وعقائد المذاهب الاخرى، لکن ینبغی ان نطرح نقاط الاختلاف فی العقیده  أقصد النقاط الاساسیة التی یتبناها مذهبنا وهی: الاعتقاد بالنص دون الاجتهاد بالرأی فی تطبیق التکالیف، وبطریقة التقلید لتنفیذ الاحکام الشرعیة، وتطبیق الامر بالمعروف والنهی عن المنکر، وأعتقادنا فی الخلافه التی نعتقد بأنها بالنص من الله تعالى، لاننا نعتقد بعصمة النبی وعصمة الائمه من بعده، ولا شک ان العصمة لا یعلمها الا الله، اذن فیقتضی النص لان الباری عز وجل هو الوحید العالم بعصمة الانسان من الخطأ، لذا قمنا بطرح الادلة على صحة اعتقاداتنا المذکورة لاجل ان نبین ان الفقهاء والمرجعیه هم امتداد للتشریع وتطبیق حاکمیة الله فی الارض وتصدیر الثورة الاسلامیة.
