The Role of State and Religious Organizations in Indonesia in Web-Based Teachings

According to data from the association of indonesian internet service providers that the indonesian people are the highest internet users in the world. it means that the people of indonesia are well informed today, including regarding their religious knowledge mostly obtained via the internet. the problem are: 1. many groups of takfiri and terrorists spread their propaganda through cyberspace. 2. debating on social media has generally more negative effects. most of those who argue are mutually disparaging, insulting and disbelieving. this paper will examine the role and function of the state as well as religious organizations in spreading religious teachings and values. the state functions are: 1. state is as cyberspace controller and supervisor. 2. state is as donors for religious organizations. meanwhile the religious organizations have roles and functions that are: 1. to introduce the true teachings and values of islam. 2. to resist the teachings of takfiri and acts of terrorism that are spread and popularized by an extremist group which their actions are named as teachings and islamic values. 3. to cooperate with online media from other islamic countries. as for the object of study of this paper are the conditions in the state of indonesia both the role of government and islamic organizations which are representations of indonesian muslim society, namely: nahdatul ulama and muhammadiyah. in addition, the organization of a minority group of muslim in indonesia is shia with the name of the organization; ahlul bayt of indonesia.

یشهد العالم منذ ما یزید على ربع قرن ثورة علمیة وتکنولوجیة فاقت فی أهمیتها وتأثیراتها ونتائجها ثورة القرن الثامن عشر الصناعیة فی أوروبا، هذه الثورة کان الإتصال والمعلوماتیة من أبرز مظاهرها فقد أکدت العدید من الدراسات أن شبکة المعلومات العالمیة هی أهم وأعظم ما أفرزته التطورات الهائلة فی مجال تکنولوجیا المعلومات والإتصال والتی أسهمت فی إحداث تأثیر بالغ الأهمیة فی ظرف زمنی قصیر جدا، وبشکل جذری فی جمیع أنماط التعامل، وأسالیب التفکیر والحیاة طغت على الأنماط التقلیدیة التی ألفها الناس من قبل فی کل شیء. یعتبر هذا التطور أمرا طبیعیا على أساس أن أی نمو مطرد فی مجال العلم والتکنولوجیا یتسبب فی إحداث إرباک للبنى والعلاقات الإقتصادیة والإجتماعیة والسیاسیة والثقافیة والتعلیمیة الموجودة، ومن ثمة یصبح لزاما علینا أن نبادر لوضع خطة منهجیة علمیة منطقیة لمواجهة هذه التقنیة التی لا بد منها ولا غنى عنها. وإذا ما أردنا التطرق إلى ارکیولوجیا هذا التطور فی مجال التربیة والتعلیم والتکوین والبحث، فإننا نجد أن بدایاته تعود فی الغرب وفی الولایات المتحدة الأمریکیة إلى بدایة الثمانینیات من القرن الماضی، ففی سنة ١۹۸۲ بدأت الدراسات ذات العلاقة بهذه المجالات تطرح مجموعة من الأسئلة والقضایا الهامة التی أفرزتها الثورة العلمیة والتکنولوجیة حیث دعت هذه الدراسات إلى ضرورة الإهتمام بالبحث العلمی فی مجال التعلیم الإلکترونی لمواجهة التحدیات التی تفرضها هذه الثورة التکنولوجیة. غیر أنه ومنذ منتصف عقد التسعینیات من القرن الماضی ونتیجة لتطور استخدام الإنترنت وانتشار استعمالها بین الأفراد والمؤسسات تعلیمیة کانت أو غیر تعلیمیة، تغیر الکثیر من مفاهیم هذا النمط من التعلیم وظهرت مصطلحات جدیدة، ومن هنا بدأ التفکیر الجاد حول إمکانیة استغلال الإنترنت فی المجالات المدنیة المختلفة ومنها بالخصوص مجال التعلیم. هذه التطورات التکنولوجیة الهائلة والتی مست جمیع النشاطات الحیاتیة کما سبق وأن أشرنا، هل یمکن اعتبارها مؤشرا على نهایة الأنظمة التعلیمیة التقلیدیة أو الحضوریة؟
