اثر سالسیلیک اسید بر واکنش هیل، پارامتر های رشدی و مقدار پروتئین گیاه فلفل تحت تنش کادمیوم

In the present study, the effect of pretreatment salicylic acid (sa) (0m, m, m) on growth parameters and protein of the pepper plant(capsicum annuum) was investigated under applying cadmium stress in three levels of (0,6,12 mg/kg ). experimental design was factorial based on completely design with three replications. the analysis of the results showed that cadmium increased root protein. the results also showed that the application of sa increased length of root and shoot, hill reaction, in pepper plant and this is while cadmium decreased dry and fresh weight, soluble protein and hill reaction compared to control plants. the results obtained from investigating the application of cadmium combined with sa showed that applying m sa concomitant with cadmium improved the effects of cadmium stress in pepper plant compared to other concentrations of sa.
