بررسی الزامات تحقق عدالت در دولت اسلامی از منظر رهبران جمهوری اسلامی ایران

نقش دولت در اسلام ایجاد شرایطی است که مردم در ذیل آن شرایط بتوانند طبق اهداف متعالی اسلام زندگی کنند. عدالت اجتماعی و برپایی قسط به عنوان بالاترین هدف رسالت انبیاء مطرح شده است و از مهم‌ترین وظایف دولت اسلامی است. با پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی تحقق عدالت در جامعه ارتقا یافت و ایران به پیشرفت‌های بزرگی در زمینه عدالت اجتماعی، رفع بی‌سوادی، کاهش فقر و توسعه انسانی دست یافت اما عدالت مورد انتظار در جمهوری اسلامی که مایل است پیرو حکومت علوی شناخته شود، بسی برتر از این‌ است، بنابراین گسترش عدالت همواره یکی از اصلی‌ترین دغدغه‌های رهبران انقلاب اسلامی بوده است. اجرای عدالت تکلیفی واجب است و با توجه به اینکه بدون الزامات، تحقق اهداف غیر ممکن خواهد بود. تحقق الزامات عدالت نیز واجب است. آنچه پژوهش حاضر به دنبال آن است مروری بر الزامات شکل‌گیری عدالت در دولت اسلامی از دیدگاه رهبران انقلاب اسلامی است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد ساختار و قوانین عادلانه، مجریان عادل و مردم محوری از جمله الزامات تحقق عدالت در دولت اسلامی از منظر امامین انقلاب می‌باشد.

Investigating the requirements of justice in the Islamic state from the perspective of the leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The role of the state in Islam is to create conditions under which people can live according to the lofty goals of Islam. Social justice and the establishment of equities have been considered as the highest goal of the prophets' mission and are among the most important duties of the Islamic State. With the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the realization of justice in society was promoted and Iran achieved great progress in the field of social justice, eradication of illiteracy, poverty reduction and human development, but the expected justice in the Islamic Republic, which wants to be recognized as a follower of the Alawite government, is far superior. Therefore, the spread of justice has always been one of the main concerns of the leaders of the Islamic Revolution. The administration of justice is obligatory and given that without the requirements, the goals will be impossible to achieve. The fulfillment of the requirements of justice is also obligatory. What the present study seeks is an overview of the requirements for the formation of justice in the Islamic State from the perspective of the leaders of the Islamic Revolution. The results show that just structure and laws, righteous enforcers and people-centered are among the requirements for the realization of justice in the Islamic State from the perspective of the leaders of the revolution.
