ارکان دولت اسلامی در منظومه فکری مقام معظم رهبری (حفظه ا...)

فرایند تحقق اهداف انقلاب اسلامی به عنوان نقشه کلان حرکت انقلاب، برای اولین بار توسط مقام معظم رهبری و در دیدار کارگزاران نظام با ایشان در سال 1379 مطرح گردید. مبتنی بر این نقشه راه، انقلاب اسلامی با عبور موفق از گام انقلاب و نظام سازی، در حال حاضر در مرحله دولت سازی قرار داشته و تحقق جامعه اسلامی و تمدن اسلامی به عنوان اهداف نهایی انقلاب اسلامی نیازمند ایجاد زیرساختی به نام دولت اسلامی است. بر این اساس می توان مدعی بود که ابرمساله گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی که شناسایی و حل مسائل نظام حکمرانی بایستی در پرتو آن تنظیم و تکمیل گردد، طراحی و پیاده سازی دولت اسلامی است. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون و بر پایه تحلیل محتوای بیانات مقام معظم رهبری در زمینه فرایند تحقق اهداف انقلاب اسلامی اقدام به استخراج ارکان دولت سازی و کشف کلیدی ترین وجوه مفهوم دولت اسلامی نموده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که در منظومه فکری معظم له، دولت سازی اسلامی به معنای اسلامیت سه رکن نهادها، نظامات و کارگزاران است و بر پایه این عناصر می توان به تعریفی استنتاجی از دیدگاه ایشان در زمینه دولت اسلامی دست یافت.

Elements of the Islamic State in the Intellectual System of the Supreme Leader

The process of achieving the goals of the Islamic Revolution as a grand plan of the revolution was first proposed by the Supreme Leader and during the meeting of the agents of the regime with him in 1397. Based on this roadmap, the Islamic Revolution, with the successful passage of the Revolution and systematization, is currently in the process of state-building, and the realization of Islamic society and Islamic civilization as the ultimate goals of the Islamic Revolution requires the creation of infrastructure called Islamic State. Accordingly, the second major step of the Islamic Revolution, in which the identification and solution of the problems of the governing system should be regulated and completed, is the design and implementation of the Islamic State. Given this important point, the present study has used the method of content analysis and based on the statements of the Supreme Leader in the process of achieving the goals of the Islamic Revolution to extract the pillars of state-building and discover the most key aspects of the concept of Islamic state. The results of the research show that in His Majesty's intellectual system, Islamic statehood means the Islamism of the three pillars of institutions, systems and agents, and based on these elements, an inferential definition can be obtained from his view on the Islamic state.
