بررسی تطبیقی تصاویر تمدنی آیندهِ کشورهای پیشتاز دلالت‏ها، درس‏ها و آموزه‏ها برای تمدن نوین اسلامی

تصویرسازی، اجتماعی‏سازی و گفتمان‌سازی تمدن آینده اسلامی از دغدغه‏های مهم رهبری و نظام در کشور است. بررسی تجارب جهانی نشان می‏دهد؛ کشورهای پیشتاز اقدام به تصویرسازی جامعه آرمانی آینده خود مبتنی بر مبانی، ارزش‏ها، آرمان‏ها، ظرفیت‏ها و قابلیت‏های خود، در افق‏های زمانی مشخصی می نمایند. همچنین برای تحقق این تصاویر، علاوه بر معماری و گفتمان‏سازی گسترده آن، برنامه‏های کلان ملی، نقشه‏های راه و سرمایه‏گذاری‏های هدفمندی انجام می دهند. هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی تطبیقی تصاویر تمدنی آیندهِ کشورهای پیشتاز، به منظور بهینه‏کاوی و استخراج دلالت‏ها، درس‏ها و آموزه‏ها برای تمدن نوین اسلامی است. این مقاله با رویکرد تطبیقی و روش توصیفی تحلیلی به شناسایی و معرفی اجمالی ابعاد و ویژگی‏های تصاویر جامعه آینده کشورهای منتخب، شامل جامعه پنجم یا جامعه فوق‏العاده هوشمند کشور ژاپن، جامعه شبکه‏محور مشارکتی‏ اتحادیه اروپا، جامعه سایبری فیزیکیاجتماعی کشور چین، جامعه الحاقی اندیشمندان و صاحب‌نظران رسانه و نیز تصاویر تمدن آینده صنعتی کشورهای آلمان (انقلاب چهارم صنعتی)، چین (ساخت چین 2025 و قدرت برتر تولید در 2049) و آمریکا (تولید پیشرفته و هوشمند2030) پرداخته است. در نهایت مهم‌ترین یافته‏های کلیدی، دلالت‏ها، درس‏ها و آموزه‏ها برای تمدن نوین اسلامی ارائه شده است.

Comparative Study of Future civilization images of Leading Countries, Findings, lessons learned and Implications for new Islamic civilization

Imaging, visualization, socialization and discoursing of future Islamic civilization is one of the main concerns of the supreme leader and the Governmen of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Reviewing global experience shows that the leading countries have made their future vision based on foundations, values, aspirations, capacities and capabilities in a certain horizon. Furthermore, in order to realize these images, along with vast architecting and discoursesbuilding, they provide national plans, roadmaps and a lot of investments. This study seeks to compare national future images of leading countries in order to benchmark them and determine Implications, findings and lessons learned for Iran. Using comparative approach and descriptive analytical methods the paper identifies and introduces future images of selected countries as well as theit dimensions and characteristics. These countries include the Society 5 or Super Smart Society of Japan, Collaborative Networked Society of the European Union, cyber physicasocial society of China, the Augmented Society of Media Scientists and scholars, the industrial future og Germany (the fourth industrial revolution), China (constructing china 2025 and the super Power of manufacturing in 2049), as well as the United States (advanced and Smart Manufacturing). Finally, the most important findings, lessons learned and Implications for new Islamic civilization are discussed.
