تمدن نوین اخلاقی بر محور تبدل فقاهت سیاسی با رویکردی بر آراء امام خمینی (ره)

حاکمیت اسلامی در عصر اخیر خواستار بازسازی چهره سیاسی خود در قالب عرضه تمدن نوین اسلامی به ملل و آحاد می باشد . این جریان که در قالب حاکمیت دینی بر رفتار سیاسی جلوه نموده است به دلیل عدم پشتوانه سازی مناسب جریان فقاهت به توفیقی مستلزم شان خود فائق نیامده است . بسترسازی نامتوازن تحت اشراف ظنون خاصّه حواله ای جز گسست پیوندهای حاکمیتی و اجتماعی را در پی نداشته است . از این رو با توسعه این دیدگاه تطابق اصل کاربست تظنّن عقلائیه و بهره گیری از خرد جمعی در جهت شکل گیری جامعه ای آرمانی ظهور می یابد . این پژوهش با بهره گیری از نظریات امام خمینی در باب اسلام تمدن ساز بر آن است که ، تمدن نوین اخلاقی که مثبت رویکردی جدید در پیش پای حاکمیت فقهی می باشد با بهره ای خاص از اولویت فقه تمدن ساز با عنوان ظن عقلانی اخلاق مدار به حیاتی متعالی به نام تمدن دست می یابد و این امر مقصودی است که در این مجال ملزم پنداشته شده است که رویکرد جز در سایه پالایش فقه عقلانی و اخلاقی با محوریت آزادی و مدارا استوار نمی گردد.

New moral civilization based on the transformation of political jurisprudence with an approach to the views of Imam Khomeini

The Islamic government in the recent era has intended to rebuild its political image in the form of offering a new Islamic civilization to nations and individuals. This trend, which has manifested itself in the form of religious ruling over political behavior, has not successfully achieved its dignity due to the lack of proper support for the movement of jurisprudence. The unbalanced bedrock under the aristocracy of particular suspicion has not resulted in anything but the rupture of sovereign and social ties. Hence, with the development of this view, the adaptation of the principle of application of rational suspicion and the use of collective wisdom to form an ideal society emerges. Using Imam Khomeini’s theories on civilizationbuilding Islam, this study suggests that the new moral civilization, which is a positive approach to the new jurisprudential rule, with special benefits from the priority of civilizationbuilding jurisprudence as the moral rational suspicion of transcendent life called civilization. It is achieved and this is the purpose that is considered necessary in this context that the approach is not based but on the refinement of rational and moral jurisprudence with the focus on freedom and tolerance.
