آینده پژوهی وقف های جدید در تمدن نوین اسلامی

در تمدن نوین اسلامی،نهاد وقف از دو منظر عبادی و اقتصادی جایگاه ویژه ای دارد.علیرغم این جایگاه متاسفانه در گذر ایام عین مال موقوف به ویژه درمورد املاک ثبت شده باعث شده بخشی از سرمایه ملی از گردش بیفتد و گاهاً بی‌مبالاتی متولیان وقف و اختلالات موقوف نیز باعث شده این نهاد مذهبی نتواند جایگاه حقوقی و اجتماعی خود را به نحو مطلوبی انجام دهد،تا اثرات مطلوب آن در حیطه عمرانی و رفاهی شامل جامعه اسلامی شود.نوشتار حاضر،پژوهشی بنیادینظری با رویکردی کاربردی به شیوه توصیفیتحلیلی و مستند به منابع مکتوب است وهدف آن بررسی ارکان نهاد وقف در جهت احیاو گسترش تمدن نوین اسلامی است تا از این طریق جایگاه این نهاد در رقابت‌های تمدنی در عرصه های بزرگ جهانی مشخص گردد.در راستای هدف فوق و برای تسهیل در وضع کنونی و نیل به سوی آینده درتمدن نوین اسلامی نقاط ضعف و قوت نهاد وقف در دنیای فعلی بایستی مورد بررسی قرار گیردتا درحرکت به سوی آینده این نقاط اصلاح گردند،و تهدید‌های پیش‌رو به فرصت های نوینی تبدیل گردند،تا بتوان تمدن اسلامی رابه جایگاه خود درعرصه رقابت،اقتصادو تجارت رساند.نیل به این هدف از طریق تجزیه تحلیل دقیق ارکان نهاد وقف در بُعد فرهنگی،اجتماعی،اقتصادی و بهرهبرداری به دست خواهد آمد،تا جوامع اسلامی با دیدروشنتر و راهبردهای اصولیتر در حوزه مدیریت به سمت اهداف نوین در حرکت به سوی آینده گام بردارند.

Future study of new endowments in modern Islamic civilization

In the modern Islamic civilization,the institution of waqf has a special place from both religious and economic perspectives.Despite this position, unfortunately,during the days of the endowment property, especially in the case of registered properties, a part of the national capital has been lost and sometimes the lack of endowment trustees and endowment disorders have caused this religious institution to not be able to maintain its legal and social status.To include its desirable effects in the field of development and welfare in the Islamic community.The present article is a fundamentaltheoretical research with a practical approach in a descriptiveanalytical manner and documented in written sources.The great world is determined.In line with the above goal and to facilitate the current situation and achieve the future in the new Islamic civilization,the weaknesses and strengths of the endowment institution in the current world should be examined to correct these points in moving towards the future, and the leading threats to opportunities.To becomea new one, in order to bring Islamic civilizationto its place in the field of competition, economy and trade.Achieving this goal will be achieved througha detailed analysis of the pillarsof the endowment institution in the cultural, social,economic and exploitation dimensions,so that Islamic societies with a clearer vision and more principled strategies in the field of management towards newgoals moving towards the futureTake a step.
