بررسی اثر بیماری های روانی بر ارتکاب جرم (مورد مطالعه: بیماران دارای اختلالات روانی مراجعه کننده به پزشک قانونی)

امروزه به دلیل مسائل و معضلات سبک زندگی ماشینی و شهری و جنجال های ذهنی و فکری  ناشی از این سبک زندگی، اختلالات روحی و روانی افراد در حال گسترش است. گسترش اختلالات روانی افراد پیامدهایی نظیر ازدیاد جرم و جنایت برای جامعه درپی خواهد داشت. هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثر بیماری های روانی بر ارتکاب جرم مبتنی بر مفاهیم حقوقی در سال 1402 است. این پژوهش نیمه تجربی است با  طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل. پرسشنامه دشواری تنظیم هیجان گرتزو روئمر و مقیاس افسردگی اضطراب و استرس dass دو ابزار سنجش این پژوهش بودند. جامعه پژوهش بیماران دارای اختلالات روانی مراجعه کننده به پزشک قانونی تهران تشکیل داده اند. حجم نمونه، 60 نفر تعیین شده است که به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی (30 نفر) و کنترل (30 نفر) گماشته شده اند. برای تحلیل داده های پژوهش، از آزمون های ضریب کواریانس با نرم افزار spss24 استفاده شد. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ، محاسبه و مناسب ارزیابی شد که بر اساس آن ضریب متغیرهای پژوهش و ابعاد آن بیش از 0.7 بود. در این پژوهش با به کارگیری آمار استنباطی رابطه متغیرهای افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس، دشواری در کنترل تکانه، فقدان آگاهی هیجانی، دشواری در انجام رفتار هدفمند، عدم پذیرش پاسخ های هیجانی با ارتکاب به جرم سنجیده شد که رابطه همه متغیرها مورد تایید قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که اثر بیماری های روانی در ارتکاب به جرم در نسبت با گروه کنترل که گروه سالم می باشند، بیشتر است. یعنی فردی دارای اختلالات روانی اگر در شرایط جرم خیر قرار بگیرد احتمال ارتکاب به جرم او نیز در نسبت به فرد سالم، افزایش می یابد.

examining the effect of mental illnesses on committing crimes: case study : patients with mental disorders referring to forensic doctors)

nowadays, due to the issues and problems of the car and urban lifestyle and the mental and intellectual controversies caused by this lifestyle, mental disorders of people are spreading. the spread of people’s mental disorders, the consequences of which include the increase in crime; it will have consequences for society. the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of mental illnesses on committing crimes based on legal concepts in 1402. this research is semi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. the gertzo-roemer emotion regulation difficulty questionnaire and the dass depression, anxiety and stress scale were the two measurement tools of this research. the research community was formed by patients with mental disorders who referred to the forensic doctor in tehran. the sample size is 60 people who are randomly assigned to two experimental (30 people) and control (30 people) groups. to analyze the research data, coefficient of covariance tests were used with spss24 software. the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated and evaluated using cronbach’s alpha method, based on which the coefficient of the research variables and its dimensions was more than 0.7. in this research, by using inferential statistics, the relationship between the variables of depression, anxiety, stress, difficulty in impulse control, lack of emotional awareness, difficulty in performing purposeful behavior, non-acceptance of emotional responses with committing a crime was measured, and the relationship of all variables was confirmed. the results showed that the effect of mental illnesses in committing crimes is greater compared to the control group, which is a healthy group. that is, if a person with mental disorders is in a crime-prone situation, the probability of committing a crime increases compared to a healthy person.
