تبیین انزوای اجتماعی نابینایان در پرتو متغیرهای اجتماعی (میدان مطالعه: شهر شیراز)

انزوای اجتماعی به معنای زندگی بدون همراه، نبود دیگران مهم و ارتباطات مشترک، اعتماد و حرکت به سمت دوره‌های بحران و گسست در اتصالات عینی و شبکه‌های روابط اجتماعی اعضای جامعه است و می تواند تاثیر منفی بر عملکرد و بهزیستی افراد و پیوستگی اجتماعی درون جامعه داشته باشد.هدف این مطالعه، بررسی رابطۀ بین عوامل جامعه‌شناختی و انزوای اجتماعی نابینایان شهر شیراز است و در آن از نظریه آنومی مرتون به منزلۀ چارچوب نظری استفاده شده است. روش پژوهش، پیمایش و جمعیت آماری شامل نابینایان که شهر شیراز تحت پوشش بهزیستی بودند که بر اساس فرمول کوکران کل نمونه 362 نفر محاسبه شده است.  نمونه‌های آماری با  استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی به دست آمده‌‌اند و ابزار جمع‌آوری داده ها پرسش‌نامه بوده است. طبق نتایج بدست آمده، 66 درصد از افراد نمونه مورد مطالعه از انزوای اجتماعی متوسط، 20.7 درصد از انزوای اجتماعی زیاد  و تنها 13.3 درصد از انزوای اجتماعی کم برخوردارند. در سطح روابط دو متغیره، یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند بین عوامل جامعه شناختی حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و سلامت اجتماعی و بین عوامل زمینه‌ای درآمد، تحصیلات و وضعیت اشتغال با انزوای اجتماعی رابطۀ معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون چند متغیره نشان می‌دهد متغیرهای مستقل 51 درصد  از تغییرات انزوای اجتماعی افراد نابینا را تبیین می‌کنند. معلولین و افراد نابینا برای اینکه در روابط خود و در مواجهه با مشکلات، دچار انزوا و افسردگی نشوند نیاز به آگاهی و دانش در برقراری ارتباط با یکدیگر دارند. بنابراین نیاز است که دولت به عنوان مهمترین نهاد صاحب قدرت و ثروت توجه مضاعفی به نیازهای این افراد داشته باشد. با برگزاری کارگاه‌های مهارت‌ افزایی، حمایت‌های مالی، دادن امتیازهای خاص برای کسب شغل و حتی فراهم آوردن شبکه‌های اجتماعی خاص برای نابینایان مانع افزایش انزوای اجتماعی این قشر از جامعه شوند.

investigating the relationship between sociological factors and social isolation of the blind in shiraz

social isolation means living without a companion, the absence of significant others and common connections, trust and moving towards periods of crisis and disruption in the objective connections and networks of social relationships of members of society, and it can have a negative effect on the performance and well being of individuals and social cohesion within society. the aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between sociological factors and social isolation of the blind in shiraz, and merton’s theory of anomie is used as a theoretical framework. the research method, survey and statistical population included the blind people of shiraz city under welfare, which was calculated based on cochran’s formula, the total sample was 362 people. statistical samples were obtained using random sampling method and the data collection tool was a questionnaire. according to the results, 66% of the people in the sample had an average of 20.7% high social isolation and only 13.3% low. at the level of bivariate relationships, the findings show that there is a significant relationship between the sociological factors of perceived social support and social health and between the background factors of income, education and employment status with social isolation. the results of multivariate regression show that the independent variables explain 51% of the dependent variable, i.e., social isolation of blind people. disabled people and blind people need awareness and knowledge in communicating with each other in order not to get isolated and depressed in their relationships and when facing problems. therefore, it is necessary for the government, as the most important institution with power and wealth, to pay extra attention to the needs of these people.
