تحلیل اثرات نهادهای آموزشی بر حیات موسیقی کلاسیک ایران

هدف بنیادین این پژوهش، واکاوی، تحلیل و طبقه‌بندی نهادهای آموزشی موسیقی کلاسیک ایران در صدوپنجاه سال اخیر، به منظور تبیین کیفیت امر آموزش و نهادهای آموزشی است. با ابتناء بر همین هدف، پرسش و مساله‌ی اساسی این تحقیق، کنکاش علل رکود کیفی موسیقی کلاسیک ایران در چند دهه‌ی اخیر، از طریق مطالعه، بررسی و تحلیل امر آموزش و نهادهای آموزشی است. در این راستا، بر بنیان تجربه‌ی زیسته و با استناد بر داده‌های کتابخانه‌ای و استفاده از شیوه‌ی استقرایی در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، نگارندگان با کاربستِ روش تحقیق کیفی، مشخصاً از نوع تاریخی- تحلیلی، و با اتخاذ چارچوبی جامعه‌شناختی و بهره‌مندی از برخی نظرات حوزه‌ی جامعه‌شناسی هنر، پس از ارائه‌ی طبقه‌بندی‌ای جامعه‌شناختی از نهادهای آموزش موسیقی در ایران، و مقابله‌ی شیوه‌های آموزشیِ آنها با روش‌های کهن و نیز شیوه‌های برگرفته از غرب، به آسیب‌شناسی امر آموزش پرداخته و کوشیده‌اند با در نظرداشتن ماهیّت موسیقی کلاسیک ایران، پدیده‌های اجتماعیِ تاثیرگذار بر امر آموزش و چگونگی انعکاس مختصّات آموزشی بر حیات موسیقی کلاسیک ایران را موردِ‌بررسی و تحلیل قرار دهند. یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده در این مقاله بیانگر آن است که کاستی‌های مرتبط با آموزش و نهادهای آموزشی، نظیر عدمِ‌توجّه به ماهیّت موسیقی کلاسیک ایران، بی‌توجّهی به معرفت‌شناسی آموزش، تلاش‌های ناآگاهانه در پیاده‌سازی الگوهای غربی، افزایش غیرِکارشناسانه‌ی مراکز آموزشی، ضعف‌های مدیریتی و مهم‌تر از همه، درهم‌ریختگی ساختار فرهنگی، تاثیری سوء بر سطح ادراکی و جنبه‌های معرفت‌شناختی موسیقاییِ بخش قابل توجّهی از هنرآموزان و دانشجویان موسیقی داشته، که در نهایت به رکود کیفی موسیقی کلاسیک ایران در چند دهه‌ی اخیر منتج شده است.

analysis of the effects of educational institutions on the life of iranian classical music

the main purpose of this research is to analyze and classify educational institutions of iranian classical music in the last one hundred and fifty years, to explain the quality of education and educational institutions. with this goal in mind, the basic question of this research is to explore the causes of the qualitative stagnation of iranian classical music in the last few decades, through the study, investigation and analysis of education and educational institutions. in this regard, based on lived experience and citing library data, the authors with using the inductive method in data analysis and the qualitative research method specifically of the historical-analytical type, and by adopting a sociological framework and benefiting from some opinions of sociology of art, after presenting a sociological classification of music education institutions in iran, and their confrontation with traditional methods and western methods, they have tried to consider the nature of iranian classical music, to examine and analyze the social phenomena affecting education and how educational coordinates reflect upon the life of iranian classical music. the findings obtained in this article indicate that the shortcomings related to education and educational institutions, such as ignoring the epistemology of education, uninformed efforts to implement western models, excessive increase of educational centres, management weaknesses and confusion of cultural structure, have a destructive effect on the perceptual-cognitive level of the department. it has a significant number of art and music students, resulting in the qualitative stagnation of iranian classical music in the last few decades.
