بررسی هزینه ی درمان آسیب های ورزشی فوتبال در ایران با استفاده از سیستم نظارت بر آسیب های ورزشی فدراسیون پزشکی ورزشی

هر آسیب که در جریان فعالیت بدنی رخ می دهد متحمل برخی هزینه های اقتصادی جهت درمان می شود. این امر می تواند موجب از دست دادن کیفیت زندگی یا از دست دادن فرصت های شغلی و کسب درآمد در آینده برای ورزشکار شود. هدف از مطالعۀ حاضر بررسی هزینۀ مستقیم درمان آسیب های ورزشی فوتبال در سه سال متوالی 90-1388 با استفاده از اطلاعات سیستم نظارت بر آسیب های ورزشی فدراسیون پزشکی ورزشی بود. در مطالعۀ حاضر به‌منظور گزارش هزینه های درمان از آمار توصیفی و به‌منظور مقایسۀ هزینه های گروه های موردنظر با توجه به عدم طبیعی بودن اطلاعات موجود بر طبق نتایج آزمون کلموگروف-اسمیرینف، از آزمون نا پارامتریک یو. من . ویتنی در مورد هزینه های بین مردان و زنان و آزمون کروسکال والیس برای مقایسۀ گروه ها در سطح معناداری استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد هزینه‌ای 28533697235 ریال برای درمان 13284 آسیب با میانگین 2147974 ریال در ازای هر ورزشکار آسیب دیده هزینه شد. میانگین هزینۀ درمان در مردان نیز به‌طور معناداری بالاتر از زنان بود. همچنین تفاوت معناداری بین هزینه ی درمان در سنین مختلف مشاهده شد. هزینۀ درمان هر ورزشکار آسیب دیده درواقع بیش از هزینۀ درمان تصادفات در بیمارستان ها بود. همچنین هزینۀ 16000 ریالی درمان آسیب در ازای هر بیمه شده نیز بیش از 3 برابر سرانۀ مالی ورزشی هر دانش آموز ایرانی بود. نتایج حاصل حاکی از ضرورت اجرای راهبردهای پیشگیرانه به‌منظور کاهش هزینه های درمان آسیب ها به‌ویژه در مردان و بزرگسالان است.

Assessment of sport injury cost in soccer via Sport Medicine Federation injury surveillance system in Iran

Every injury which happens during physical activity includes economic costs for treatment. This may cause loss of quality of life and job opportunities for the athlete in future. The aim of this research was to study the direct cost of injury in soccer in three years via the data of Sport Medicine Federation injury surveillance system. A retrospective analysis was conducted of the data of cost of injury for soccer athletes from the sport medicine federation injury surveillance system of Iran during three years of Persian calendar at 21st of March 2009 until 19th of March 2012. In order to report the injury costs, descriptive statistic was used. MannWhitney and KruskalWallis tests were used (p < 0.05) in order to compare cost of injury in gender and age groups as well. All statistical analysis was done by the SPSS software (version 14). 28.533.697.235 Rials were the cost of 13284 injuries with mean cost of 2147974 Rials per injured athlete in soccer. Mean cost of injury in men was significantly higher than women. Furthermore, there was a significant difference between ages category cost of injury. According to the results, the mean cost of injury was about 2 million Rials per injured athlete. It was even more than the mean cost of traumas treated in hospital. In addition, the mean cost of 16000 Rials was reported for each insured athlete in soccer. It was about three times higher than the sport capitation of each student in Iran. These results suggest that prevention strategies are required to reduce the cost of athlete’s injuries, specially men and adults.
