چکیده    This study examined the influence of employer attractiveness, corporate reputation, and the use of social media towards intention to apply for a job at schneider electric indonesia. this study used quantitative research with multiple regression model. there were 100 fresh graduate students selected randomly as respondents of the research. the findings of this study showed that employer attractiveness, corporate reputation, and the use of social media has significant influence toward intention to apply for a job at schneider electric indonesia. the result also showed that employer attractiveness, corporate reputation had significant influence, while the use of social media did not give a significant influence with intention to apply for a job.
