سنجش هوش معنوی بر سرمایه انسانی با نقش تعدیل گر تناسب فرد- سازمان

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر هوش معنوی بر سرمایه انسانی قرارگاه پدافند خاتم‌الانبیاء با نقش تعدیل گری تناسب فرد و سازمان است. این پژوهش در دو مرحله کیفی و کمی انجام شده است؛ در مرحله کیفی پس از مصاحبه با 6 نفر از افراد خبره در قرارگاه و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون، مدل نهایی پژوهش تایید شد و در مرحله دوم کلیه اعضای بخش ستادی پدافند به‌عنوان جامعه آماری پژوهش انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه طراحی شده بر اساس بخش اول پاسخ دادند. با توجه به حجم 600 نفر بخش ستادی پدافند، تعداد 234 نفر بر اساس فرمول نمونه‌گیری انتخاب شد که بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، پرسشنامه‌ی طراحی‌شده میان آن‌ها توزیع گردید. برای تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش اول از spss و در بخش معادلات ساختاری از pls استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تاثیر هوش معنوی بر سرمایه انسانی قرارگاه، مثبت و معنادار بوده است؛ در بین ابعاد هوش معنوی شاخص آگاهی متعالی دارای بیشترین تاثیرگذاری بوده و تاثیر شاخص بسط حالت هوشیاری در سطح خطای 5 درصد مورد تایید قرار نگرفت. هم‌چنین نقش متغیر تعدیل گر تناسب فرد – سازمان بر تاثیر هوش معنوی بر سرمایه انسانی قرارگاه مورد تایید قرار گرفت.

Assessing the Effect of Spiritual Intelligence on Human Capital with the Moderating Role of Personnel-Organization Fit (Case study: Defense of Khatam al-Anbia)

In any organization, human resources are considered as one of the most important ingredients of the organization. This factor has greater impact in some kind of organizations. The present study investigates the effect of spiritual intelligence on human capital of Khatam alAnbia defense base with the moderating role of the fit between personnel and organization. The research methodology was quantitative; After designing the questionnaire, indepth interviews were conducted with 6 experts of the relevant headquarters in this field. Finally, after completing the questionnaire, it was prepared for distribution among the community. The statistical population of the study was the staff of the headquarters, which according to the overall population (600), sample size was 234. This numver has calculated based on the sampling formula and according to the available sampling method. Spss sotware was used to analyze the data in the first part and pls was used in the structural equations section. The results showed that the effect of spiritual intelligence on human capital was positive and significant and among the dimensions of spiritual intelligence, the index of production of personal meanings had the greatest effect; The effect of the index of expansion of conscious state at the level of 5% error was not confirmed. The role of the moderator of the personnelorganization fit on the human capital of the defense base was also confirmed.
