آینده پژوهی و مطالعه تطبیقی موقعیت هوش مصنوعی در عدالت کیفری ایران و امارات متحده عربی در افق 1414

در بررسی آینده پژوهی 1414 یکی از مسائل بسیار پرکاربرد و مطلوب را باید موقعیت هوش مصنوعی ناشی از فناوری های نوین در عدالت کیفری و نقش و جایگاه آن در اجرای بهتر عدالت کیفری در کشورهای ایران و امارات در جهت حفظ و حمایت از حقوق شهروندان و متهمان دانست. مطالعه تطبیقی موقعیت هوش مصنوعی در عدالت کیفری ایران و امارات متحده عربی به روش نظری و با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و فیش برداری از منابع تحقیق انجام گرفت. برنامه‌ریزی‌ها و سیاست‌های کلان پیشرفت، نقش و جایگاه آینده پژوهی و چشم انداز و چالش های پیش روی از جمله بومی سازی، فرهنگ سازی، بهره برداری مناسب از جمله اهداف دو کشور ایران و امارات است که هوش مصنوعی می تواند نقش تاثیرگذاری بر فرآیند دادرسی کیفری و اقدامات مرتبط با نظام کیفری ایفاء نماید. هوش مصنوعی را می توان دانش و تکنولوژی نوین، پویا و آینده نگر دانست که در مراحل مختلف دادرسی در جهت تحقق بهتر عدالت کیفری بکار گرفته شود و با توجه به مزایایی متعدد از جمله سرعت، تحلیل دقیق، کمک به قضات و طرفین دادرسی، کمک به پیش بینی تمهیدات، سیاستگذاری ها و راهبردهای مختلف از جمله سرعت و تسهیل دادرسی کیفری، کمک به تحقیقات مقدماتی، آموزش در زمینه آشنایی با حقوق دادرسی و شهروندی، کمک به کنترل و پیشگیری از ارتکاب جرایم و کمک به ایجاد و گسترش امنیت اجتماعی، شهری و محیطی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. در واقع هوش مصنوعی را می توان راهبرد و برنامه ای بلند مدت در دو نظام کیفری ایران و امارات دانست تا بتوان یک سازوکار مطلوب، پیشرو و هدفمند را در رابطه با عدالت کیفری و ایجاد سازوکاری مناسب و آینده-نگر در اجرای بهتر اهداف و سیاستگذاری های نظام کیفری و غیرکیفری دو کشور دانست.
