آینده پژوهی و تبیین نقش و جایگاه دانشگاه های سازمانی در افق علمی ایران 1414

توجه به آموزش عالی از ضروریات دستیابی به چشم اندازهای پیشرفت کشور می باشد. این امر مهم بایستی نزد سیاست گذاران از اهمیت بسیار بالایی برخوردار باشد. طراحی چشم انداز ها و افق های آینده نگارانه در جهت دستیابی به آینده مطلوب، از ضروریاتی است که در طول دهه های اخیر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. دانشگاه های سازمانی به عنوان نهادی واسط برای حذف فاصله موجود میان دانشگاه و جوامع هدف شکل گرفته اند. این دانشگاه ها نیز با توجه به راهبردهای آموزشی و توسعه ای کارکنان، ارتقا فرهنگ سازمانی و یکپارچه ساختن فرصت های یادگیری مستمر و کارآمد و ...، بایستی با استراتژی های دراز مدت و ترسیم افق در برنامه ها، فعالیت ها و منابع، رشد کمی و کیفی در روند دستیابی به اهداف را مدنظر قرار دهد. در این پژوهش تلاش خواهیم کرد با بررسی جایگاه دانشگاه های سازمانی و تبیین نقش آن، آینده پژوهی در افق علمی 1414 ایران ارائه نماییم.

future research and explanation of the role and position of organizational universities in the scientific horizon of iran 1414

paying attention to higher education is one of the necessities of achieving the development prospects of the country. this important issue should be of great importance to policy makers. designing futuristic visions and horizons in order to achieve the desired future is one of the necessities that has been taken into consideration during recent decades. institutional universities have been formed as intermediary institutions to remove the gap between the university and the target communities. considering the educational and development strategies of the employees, promoting the organizational culture and integrating continuous and efficient learning opportunities, this university should grow quantitatively with long-term strategies and drawing horizons in programs, activities and resources. and consider quality in the process of achieving goals. in this research, we will try to provide future research in the scientific horizon of 1414 iran by examining the position of organizational universities and explaining their role.
