بررسی راهکارهای تحقق اقتدار ملی در مدیریت راهبردی

در برقراری اقتدار نیاز به همت ، همدلی ، اتحاد و تلاش همه اقشار جامعه خصوصا مدیریت عالی سازمان می باشد . می توان مهم ترین مولفه اقتدار را فرهنگ دانست و برای رسیدن به آن باید راه حل های کسب اقتدار و خصوصا نقش مدیران در تحقق اقتدار را شناخت ، که هدف از این نوشتار نیز اشاره به بعضی از راه های تحقق آن می باشد . در این جا این سوال نیز مطرح است که مدیران چه نقشی می توانند در تحقق اقتدار داشته باشند و مولفه های موجود در آموزه های دین چگونه ما را به این هدف می رساند یا نزدیک می کند . روش مطالعه در این پژوهش به روش اسنادی و مطالعه کتابخانه ای می باشد . در این پژوهش با مطالعه منابع مکتوب و سایر منابع قابل استناد اطلاعات بدست آمده جمع آوری ، سپس تحلیل شده و نتایج آن استخراج گردیده است.

examining the strategies for realizing national authority in strategic management

establishing authority requires effort, empathy, unity and efforts of all sections of the society, especially the top management of the organization. culture can be considered as the most important component of authority, and to achieve it, one should know the solutions of gaining authority and especially the role of managers in the realization of authority, and the purpose of this article is to point out some ways of its realization. here, the question arises as to what role managers can play in the realization of authority and how the components in the teachings of religion bring us closer to this goal. the study method in this research is documentary and library study. in this research, by studying written sources and other reliable sources, the obtained information was collected, then analyzed and its results were extracted.
