بررسی و تحلیل طومار نو یافته از دخل و خرج آستان مقدس حضرت معصومه سلام الله علیها به سال 1274 هجری قمری

در میان اسناد بجای مانده از تشکیلات اداری آستان مقدس حضرت معصومه(س) از دوره صفویه تا پایان قاجاریه، طومارهای دخل و خرج، بخاطر بازتاب داده‌های ارزشمند تاریخی و جغرافیایی از تشکیلات اداری- مالی آستان مقدس و شهر قم بسیار ارزشمند هستند. این پژوهش در صدد است شرح مختصری در باره نقش مستوفیان تشکیلات اداری آستان مقدس ارائه دهد. سپس طومار نویافته در باره دخل و خرج آستان مقدس به خط سیاق را بازخوانی نماید. روش / رویکرد؛ این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی و با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی تنظیم شده است. یافته ها و نتایج؛ نتایج نشان میدهد که مستوفیان ویژه حرم مطهر مانند مستوفیان دیگر، فرایندهای اداری و مالی آستان را با تیزبینی در دفترهای گوناگونی چون: دفتر روزنامه، دفتر اروارجه وطومار‌ می‌نوشتند. همچنین بازخوانی طومار تازه یافت شده نشان می‌دهد که این طومار برای تعیین دستمزد نقدی و جنسی خدمتگزاران سادات رضوی تنظیم شده است.

among the documents left from the administrative organization of the holy shrine of hazrat masoumeh (pbuh) from the safavid period to the end of the qajar period, the revenue and expenditure scrolls are very valuable because they reflect valuable historical and geographical data from the administrative-financial organization of the holy shrine and the city of qom.this research aims to provide a brief description of the role of mustafians in the administrative organization of astan. then read the new scroll about the income and expenses of the holy shrine in the script.method/approach; this research has been prepared using library and documentary sources and descriptive-analytical method.findings and results; the results show that special mustofis of holy shrine, like other mustofis, wrote the administrative and financial processes of astan with precision in various notebooks such as newspaper notebook, arwarje notebook and scroll. also, re-reading the newly found petition shows that this petition was prepared to determine the cash and sexual wages of sadat razavi's servants.
