مقایسه اثربخشی الگوی غنی‌سازی روابط جنسی زناشویی مبتنی بر رویکرد درمان متمرکز بر هیجان و رویکرد رفتاری-ارتباطی بر افزایش رضایت جنسی زوج ها

هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه‌ اثربخشی الگوی غنی‌سازی روابط جنسی زناشویی مبتنی بر رویکرد درمان متمرکز بر هیجان و رویکرد رفتاری­ ارتباطی بر افزایش رضایت جنسی زوجین بود. در این پژوهش از طرح نیمه آزمایشی پیش‌آزمون­ پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل همراه با مرحله‌ پیگیریِ دوماهه استفاده شد. جامعه‌ آماری شامل زوج‌های مراجعه‌کننده به یکی از مراکز مشاوره در شمال غرب تهران در سال 1400 بود. در مرحله‌ اول با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تعداد 30 زوج که نمره‌ کمتر از 75 در پرسشنامه‌ رضایت جنسی گرفته بودند، انتخاب و سپس به شیوه‌ تصادفی ساده در دو گروه آزمایش (هر گروه 10 زوج) و یک گروه کنترل (10 زوج) گماشته شدند. گروه‌های‌ آزمایش تحت درمان متمرکز بر هیجان و رویکرد رفتاری­ ارتباطی قرار گرفتند. گروه کنترل هیچ‌گونه مداخله‏ای دریافت نکرد و در لیست انتظار باقی ماند. نتایج نشان داد که در مرحله‌ درمان شرکت‌کنندگان در رضایت جنسی بهبود یافتند و این بهبود تا مرحله‌ پیگیری ادامه داشت. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که درمان متمرکز بر هیجان اثربخشی بیشتری نسبت به رویکرد رفتاری­ ارتباطی بر رضایت جنسی زوج‌ها دارد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر می‏توان گفت که الگوی غنی‌سازی روابط جنسی زناشویی مبتنی بر رویکرد درمان متمرکز بر هیجان و رویکرد رفتاری­ ارتباطی می‌‌توانند به عنوان شیوه‌های درمانی مناسب برای بهبود رضایت جنسی زوج‌ها در مراکز مشاورۀ خدمات روان‌شناختی خانواده به کار برده شوند.

the comparison of effectiveness of the enrichment model of marital sexual relations based on the emotion-focused therapy approach and the behavioral-relational approach on sexual satisfaction of couples

the purpose of this study was to comparison of effectiveness of the enrichment model of marital sexual relations based on the emotion focused therapy approach and the behavioral relational approach on sexual satisfaction of couples. the research methodology was the experimental one in which the semi experimental design of pretest posttest with control group and follow up were used. in this study the statistical population was all couples referred to counseling centers in district gharb of tehran city in year 2022. in the first stage, using convenience sampling method, 30 couples with score lower than 75 in sexual satisfaction were selected and then randomly divided into two experimental group (each group 10 couples) and one control group (10 couples) were replaced and experimental group underwent enrichment model of marital sexual relations based on the emotion focused therapy approach and the behavioral relational approach, but the control group received no therapy and remained in the waiting list. to collect data sexual satisfaction questionnaire (ssq) of larson and et al (1998). data analysis was performed using analysis of variance with repeated measures. the results of the study showed that treatment phase, the participants improved in sexual satisfaction and this improvement continued until the follow up. also, the results of showed that emotion focused therapy approach is more effective than behavioral relational approach on sexual satisfaction. based on the results of the present study, it can be said that enrichment model of marital sexual relations based on the emotion-focused therapy approach and the behavioral-relational approach can be used as a treatment methods on sexual satisfaction of couples in counseling centers and psychological services.
