کارآمدی برنامه آموزشی غنی‌سازی روابط‌ زناشویی بر رضایت ‌زناشویی، سبک‌های ‌عشق‌ورزی و الگوهای‌ ارتباطی‌ زوجین در افراد‌ معتاد

هدف: در شرایط فعلی با توجه به شیوع بالای اعتیاد و سوء مصرف مواد مخدر و ماهیت تهدید‌کنندۀ آن و نقش خانواده در آن نیاز به برنامه‌های آموزشی مختلف از جمله غنی‌سازی روابط زناشویی در پیشگیری و درمان اعتیاد اهمیت زیادی می‌یابد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر کارآمدی برنامۀ آموزشی غنی‌سازی زندگی زناشویی با رویکرد متمرکز بر هیجان بر رضایت زناشویی، سبک‌های عشق‌ورزی و الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین در افراد معتاد است.روش بررسی: این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون­ پس‌آزمون است. جامعۀ مورد مطالعه شامل80 نفر افراد معتاد مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز متادون‌ درمانی ترک اعتیاد نیکوسلامت شهرستان قروه در سال 1397 بود. حجم نمونه 28 نفر از افراد معتاد متاهل بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه انتخاب شد و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش در 9 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای برنامۀ آموزشی غنی‌سازی روابط زناشویی مورد آموزش قرار گرفتند اما گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکردند. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامۀ 45 سوالی عشق، پرسشنامۀ 35 سوالی الگوهای ارتباطی و پرسشنامۀ 47 سوالی رضایت زناشویی استفاده شد و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج تفاوت معناداری را در سبک‌های عشق‌ورزی، رضایت زناشویی و الگوهای ارتباطی دو گروه نشان داد و برنامۀ آموزشی غنی‌سازی روابط زندگی زناشویی بر رضایت زناشویی، سبک‌های عشق‌ورزی و الگوی ارتباطی زوجین در افراد معتاد موثر می باشد.نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجه‌گیری می‌شود که ارتباطات موثر و کانون گرم و دلگرمی درون خانواده و حمایت‌های مختلف در خانواده در کاهش آسیب‌های مختلف اجتماعی از جمله اعتیاد موثر است

on the effectiveness of marital relationship enrichment training program on marital satisfaction, lovemaking styles and couples’ communication patterns in addicted people

objective: in the current situation, due to the high prevalence of addiction and drug abuse and its threatening nature and the role of the family in it, the need for various educational programs, including the enrichment of marital relationships in the prevention and treatment of addiction is very important.the aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the marital life enrichment training program with an excitement-focused approach on marital satisfaction, lovemaking styles and communication patterns among couples in addicted individuals.methods: this quasi-experimental study was of a pre-test-post-test design. the study population consisted of 80 addicts presenting to niko salamat addiction treatment methadone centers in qorveh city in 2018. the sample size was 28 married addicts who were selected using voluntary sampling method and were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. the experimental group was trained in nine 90-minute marital relationship enrichment training program but the control group did not receive any training. sternberg love questionnaire (45 questions), christensen salawi communication patterns questionnaire (35 questions) and enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire (47 questions) were used to collect data. descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (covariance analysis) were used to analyze the data.findings: the findings indicated a significant difference in lovemaking styles, marital satisfaction and communication patterns between the two groups, and that the enrichment of marital relationships training program was effective on marital satisfaction, lovemaking styles and communication pattern of couples in addicted people.conclusion: it is concluded that effective communication and warmth and encouragement within the family and various support in the family can be effective in reducing various social harms such as addiction.
