مولفه های مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی مبتنی بر منابع اسلامی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مولفه‌های مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی در منابع اسلامی انجام شده است. برای استخراج مولفه‌های مفهومی از روش تحلیل کیفی محتوای متون دینی شجاعی استفاده شد. فرایند کار به این صورت بود که ابتدا مفاهیم و واژه‌های مرتبط با مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی در منابع اسلامی شناسایی شد. در مرحله‌ بعد با به‌کارگیری اصول تحلیل متن محتواهای استنباطی مربوط به گزاره‌های هر مولفه استخراج و تعریف کاربردی از آن مولفه ارائه شد. مولفه‌ها و محتوای استنباطی برای مشخص شدن میزان مطابقت و ضرورت آن‌ها برای سازه‌ مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی به 7 متخصص ارائه و با توجه به نظرات آن‌ها نمرات میزان مطابقت و ضرورت مولفه‌ها برای جمع‌بندی و تحلیل نهایی بررسی شد. نتایج پژوهش 12 مولفه آگاهی از تکالیف اجتماعی، پذیرش، التزام و تعهد اجتماعی، توجه به نیازهای دیگران، اهتمام به امور مسلمین، روحیه‌ اخوت، انصاف، پیوندجویی اجتماعی، خیرخواهی برای دیگران، تعاون و یاری‌رسانی، امر به معروف و نهی از منکر و ولایت‌پذیری را برای مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی نشان داد. یافته‌های این پژوهش برای ساخت پروتکل و مقیاس مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی می‌تواند کاربرد داشته باشد.

the components of social responsibility based on islamic sources

the present study aimed to identify the components of social responsibility in islamic sources. to extract conceptual components, the method of qualitative analysis of the content of religious texts was used. the process was such that first the concepts and words related to social responsibility were identified in islamic sources. in the next step, using the principles of text analysis, inferential contents related to the propositions of each component were extracted and a practical definition of that component was presented. inferential components and content were presented to 7 experts to determine the degree of compliance and their necessity for the structure of social responsibility, and according to their opinions, cvi and cvr scores were reviewed for final summarization and analysis. results of the research: 12 components of awareness of social duties, acceptance, commitment and social commitment, attention to the needs of others, concern for the affairs of muslims, spirit of brotherhood, fairness, social bonding, benevolence for others, cooperation and helping, commanding the good and forbidding denied and showed acceptance for social responsibility. the findings of this study can be used to build a protocol and a scale of social responsibility.
