تدوین الگوی مشاورۀ رشدی: استخراج اهداف، مبانی و اصول رشد مبتنی بر نحوه مواجهه با فرآیند زمان و مسئولیت وجود متناسب با فرهنگ اسلامی

اسلامی هدف این پژوهش تدوین الگوی یکپارچه‌ مشاوره در باب رشد با تاکید بر نحوۀ مواجهه با فرایند زمان و مسئولیت وجود در تناسب با افق فکری مراجع در فرهنگ است. روش پژوهش استفاده از هرمنوتیک کلاسیک شلایرماخر است که با استفاده از ویژگی‌‌های فنی و دستوری متن و تحلیل در سه سطح آرای مولف، برداشت محقق (تفسیر جزئی) و ادغام آرای مولف و محقق (تفسیر کلی بر پایۀ تفسیر جزئی)، اطلاعات لازم در جهت شکل‌گیری الگوی تلفیقی و متناسب با فرهنگ اسلامی کشف و استخراج گردیده است، ضمن اینکه در راستای شکل‌گیری الگو، از منطق استقرایی و قیاسی استفاده شده است و در نهایت در نگرشی کاربردی در قالب اهداف، مبانی و اصول مورد بحث قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهدکه هدف رشد در این الگو اتصال به ذات الهی است و مبانی الگوی شکل گرفته شامل مبنای کمال با اصول (تضاد، میل به کمال، عاملیت، سلسله‌مراتب وجود، خدمت‌رسانی، قاعده‌مندی و آفرینش مداوم و جهت‌مندی)؛ مبنای وحدت با اصول (مکملیت، اتصال اجزاء، پذیرش و یکپارچگی، حقیقت مشخص، تغییرناپذیری قواعد و علیت هستی، تعادل و سازگاری)، مبنای جاودانگی با اصول (میل بازگشت به مبدا، مکان‌مندی، زمانمندی وجود، یکپارچگی زمانی، مرگ، چرخش وجودی)؛ مبنای هدفمندی با اصول (رهبری، قدرت خلق، اداره و تداوم هستی، جامعیت) است. الگوی یکپارچۀ رشدی در تلفیق با افق اسلامی به شیوۀ هرمنوتیک الگویی نوین است که می‌تواند در ایجاد تناسب با بنیان‌های فکری مراجع کارآمد باشد و بدون ایجاد گفتمان‌های متضاد افق فکری مراجع را گسترش دهد و برای او مسیر و معنایی مشخص کند.

elaboration of the model of growth counseling: extracting goals, foundations and principles of growth based on how to face the process of time and the responsibility of existence according to islamic culture

formulating an integrated model of counseling on growth with emphasis on how to face the process of time and responsibility of existence in accordance with the intellectual horizon of the clients in islamic culture is the goal of this research. the method of this research is the use of schleiermacher’s classic hermeneutics, which uses the technical and grammatical features of the text and analysis at three levels: author’s opinion, researcher’s opinion (partial interpretation) and integration of the author’s and researcher’s opinions (overall interpretation based on partial interpretation), the necessary information it has been discovered and extracted in the direction of the formation of a consolidated model that fits the islamic culture, while in the direction of the formation of the model, inductive and deductive logic has been used, and finally it has been discussed in a practical approach in the form of goals, foundations and principles. the findings show that the goal of growth in this model is to connect to the divine nature and the foundations of the formed model include the basis of perfection with principles (contradiction, desire for perfection, agency, hierarchy of existence, service, regularity and continuous creation and direction); the basis of unity with principles (completion, connection of parts, acceptance and integration, specific truth, immutability of the rules and causality of existence, balance and compatibility), the basis of immortality with principles (the desire to return to the origin, spatiality, temporality of existence, temporal integration, death, existential rotation); it is based on purposefulness with principles (leadership, power of creation, administration and continuity of existence, comprehensiveness).the integrated model of growth in combination with the islamic horizon in the hermeneutic way is a new model that can be efficient in creating harmony with the intellectual foundations of the reference and without creating conflicting discourses, expands the intellectual horizon of the reference and specifies a path and meaning for him.
