تدوین مدل علّی فرسودگی تحصیلی بر پایۀ انتظارات پیامدی با نقش واسطه‌ای انگیزش تحصیلی در دانش‌آموزان دختر مقطع پیش‌دانشگاهی

دانش آموزان مقطع پیش دانشگاهی به‌ علت نزدیکی به آزمون کنکور ممکن است از نظر متغیرهای انگیزشی و روان شناختی تحت تاثیر قرار بگیرند. فرسودگی تحصیلی متغیری است که همواره می‌تواند در این شرایط بروز کند. مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی انگیزش در روابط بین انتظار پیامدی و فرسودگی تحصیلی دانش آموزان دختر پیش‌دانشگاهی انجام شد. روش تحقیق مطالعۀ حاضر، توصیفی بر اساس مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای 350 دانش‌آموز از جامعۀ آماری دانش‌آموزان پیش‌دانشگاهی شهر تهران انتخاب شدند و به پرسش‌نامه‌های فرسودگی تحصیلی، انتظارات پیامد، و انگیزش تحصیلی پاسخ دادند. نتایج آزمون مدل ساختاری نشان داد که بین انتظارات پیامد با انگیزش درونی و بیرونی رابطۀ مثبت و با بی انگیزشی رابطۀ منفی بود. بین بی انگیزشی و انگیزش بیرونی با فرسودگی تحصیلی رابطۀ مثبت و بین انگیزش درونی با فرسودگی تحصیلی رابطۀ منفی بود. رابطۀ بین انتظارات پیامد با فرسودگی تحصیلی منفی بود. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که مدل مفهومی با مدل آزمون شده دارای برازش است و انگیزش تحصیلی در روابط بین انتظارات پیامد و فرسودگی تحصیلی نقش واسطه را دارد.

Developing a Causal Model of Academic Burnout Based on Outcome Expectations with Mediating Role of Academic Motivation in Pre-University Female Students

Near the university entrance exam, preuniversity students may be impressed by motivational and psychological variables. Academic burnout is a variable that can always occur under these conditions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role that academic motivation plays between outcome expectations and academic burnout in preuniversity female students. ‎The research method was descriptive based on Structural Equation Modeling. Using cluster sampling method, 350 students were selected from the statistical population of preuniversity students of Tehran city. They responded to questionnaires of academic burnout, outcome expectations, and academic motivation. Structural model test results showed that there was a positive relationship between outcome expectations from one hand and internal and external motivations on the other hand; and there was a negative relationship between outcome expectations and nonmotivation. There was a positive relationship between academic burnout from one hand and nonmotivation and external motivation on the other hand; and there was a negative relationship between academic burnout and internal motivation. The relationship between outcome expectations and academic burnout was negative. The results of the present study showed that the conceptual model fits well with the tested model and also academic motivation has a mediating role in the relationship between outcome expectations and academic burnout.
