پیش‌بینی بلوغ شغلی براساس هوش هیجانی و سبک‌های هویت در گروهی از دانشجویان ایرانی

هدف از پژوهش حاضر پیش‌بینی بلوغ شغلی براساس هوش هیجانی و سبک های هویت بود. جامعه‌ آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل همه‌ دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد واحد رودهن بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای چهارصد نفر به عنوان گروه نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از فرم کوتاهِ پرسش نامه‌ رشد مسیر شغلی، پرسش نامه‌ سبک های هویت، و پرسش نامه‌ بلوغ شغلی استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری رگرسیون چندگانه به روش گام به گام و نرم‌افزار اس. پی. اس. اس. تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که مولفه های سبک تعهد، سبک اطلاعاتی، و همچنین مولفۀ خودآگاهیِ هوش هیجانی به طور مستقیم پیش‌بینی کنندۀ بلوغ شغلی در افراد است. بر پایه‌ این یافته‌ها می‌توان هوش هیجانی و سبک‌های هویت افراد را از همایندهای بلوغ شغلی آن‌ها دانست. پژوهش‌های آینده باید به نقش پیش‌بین یا علّی هوش، هوش هیجانی، و هویت در تعیین میزان بلوغ شغلی دانشجویانی ایرانی توجه کنند.

Prediction of career maturity based on emotional intelligence and identity styles in a group of Iranian students

The purpose of this study was to predict Career maturity based on emotional intelligence and identity styles. The statistical population of this study included all students of Rouden Azad University. Using multistage clusteral sampling method, four hundred individuals were selected as sample group. The short form Emotional intelligence Questionnaire, Identity Styles Questionnaire, and Career Maturity Questionnaire were used for data collection. Data were analyzed using stepwise multiple regressions and SPSS software Were analyzed. The results showed that the components of commitment style, information style, as well as selfawareness of emotional intelligence directly predicted Career maturity in individuals. Based on these findings, one can identify emotional intelligence and identity styles of individuals with their Career maturity counterparts. Future research should consider the predictive or causal role of intelligence, emotional intelligence, and identity in determining the career maturity of Iranian students.
