پیشگیری از روابط خارج از ازدواج مبتنی بر رویکرد غنی سازی زندگی زناشویی با تکیه بر بافت فرهنگی- اجتماعی ایران

برقراری روابط خارج از ازدواج یکی از اساسی‌ترین عواملی است که کیفیت روابط زناشویی و اعتماد به همسر می دهد. هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل مفهومی پیشگیری از روابط خارج ازادواج با تکیه بربافت فرهنگی اجتماعی ایران و رویکرد غنی‌سازی زندگی زناشویی بود. روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع نظریه زمینه‌ای بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی زوج‌های جوان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر میانه در سال 991398 و متخصصان حوزه مشاوره و روانشناسی خانواده و ازدواج بودند. نمونه‌گیری به شیوه هدفمند تا رسیدن به درجه اشباع انجام شد؛ بنابر این نمونه شامل 30 زوج در دامنه سنّی 3525 سال، 10 متخصص حوزه مشاوره و روانشناسی خانواده و ازدواج بودند که در مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته مشارکت کردند. داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه به روش استراس و کربین (1990) تحلیل شدند. واکاوی تجربیات زیسته مصاحبه‌شوندگان منجر به شناسایی پنج مضمون اصلی شامل مراقبت زناشویی، پرورش صمیمیت چندگانه، راهبردهای سازنده حل تعارض، ملزومه‌های پیشگیری از روابط خارج ازادواج و راهبردهای غنابخش زندگی زناشویی) و 22 زیرمضمون شد. بر اساس مضامین حاصل شده مقوله «زندگی زناشویی توام با کیفیت و رضایت» به عنوان پدیده مرکزی پژوهش انتخاب شد. این یافته‌ها ضمن افزایش اطلاعات و آگاهی پیرامون چرایی و چگونگی شکل‌گیری روابط خارج از ازدواج، زمینه را برای طراحی مدل‌های آموزشی مبتنی بر این مدل نظری با هدف پیشگیری از گرایش زوج ها به روابط خارج ازادواج فراهم کرد. مشاوران، روان‌شناسان خانواده و زوج درمانگران می‌توانند از نتایج این پژوهش به عنوان مبنایی برای مداخله پیشگیرانه از روابط خارج ازدواج استفاده کنند.

Prevention of extramarital affairs based on the approach of enriching marital life based on the socio-cultural context of Iran

Establishing extramarital affairs is one of the most basic factors that reduce the quality of marital relations . The purpose of this study was to design a conceptual model for the prevention of extramarital affairs based on the sociocultural context of Iran and the approach of enriching marital life. The qualitative research method was grounded theory. The study population included all young couples who referred to counseling centers in Miyaneh city in 20192020 and specialists in the field of counseling and family and marriage psychology. Purposeful sampling was performed until saturation was reached; The sample consisted of 30 couples in the age range of 2535 years, 10 experts in the field of counseling and family and marriage psychology who participated in a semistructured interview. Interview data were analyzed by Strauss and Carbin (1990). The analysis of the interviewees’ lived experiences led to the identification of five main themes (including marital care, cultivating multiple intimacy, constructive conflict resolution strategies, requirements for preventing extramarital affairs, and enriching marital life strategies) and 22 subthemes. Based on the obtained themes, the category of married life with quality and satisfaction was selected as the central phenomenon of the research. These findings, while increasing information and awareness about why and how to form extramarital relationships, provided the basis for designing educational models based on this theoretical model with the aim of preventing couples from tending to extramarital relationships. family Counselors can use the results of this study as a basis for preventive intervention in extramarital affairs.
