پیش بینی احساس تنهایی براساس تجربه گسست و سبک های مقابله ای در دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد رودهن

هدف پژوهش حاضر، پیش بینی احساس تنهایی براساس تجربه گسست و سبک های مقابله ای در دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد رودهن بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد واحد رودهن در سال تحصیلی 98-97 بودند و 360 نفر با توجه به جدول مورگان و کرجسی به عنوان نمونه که 180 نفر زن و 180 نفر مرد با توجه به نمونه گیری دردسترس انتخاب شد. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت توصیفی و از نظر روش همبستگی است. در این پژوهش پرسشنامه احساس تنهایی راسل و همکاران، مقیاس تجربیات تجزیه ای برنستایم و پوتنام و پرسشنامه سبک های مقابله ای لازاروس و فولکمن بر روی گروه نمونه اجرا شد برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از تحلیل داده ها در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام می گیرد. در آمار توصیفی از میانگین، انحراف معیار، جداول و نمودارها استفاده می شود و در آمار استنباطی از همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیره استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین راهبردهای مساله مدار با احساس تنهایی در دانشجویان رابطه منفی و معناداری و بین راهبردهای هیجان مدار با احساس تنهایی در دانشجویان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین بین متغیر تجربه گسست با احساس تنهایی در دانشجویان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.

predicting the feeling of loneliness based on the breakup experience and coping styles in the students of islamic azad university, roudhen branch

the aim of the present study was to predict the feeling of loneliness based on the breakup experience and coping styles in the students of the islamic azad university of roudhen branch. the statistical population of this research included all the students of the azad university of rodhan branch in the academic year of 2017-2018, and 360 people were selected according to the table of morgan and karjesi, 180 women and 180 men according to the available sampling. the research method is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive in nature, and correlational in terms of method. in this research, russell et al.’s loneliness questionnaire, bernstime and putnam’s analytical experiences scale and lazarus and folkman’s coping styles questionnaire were implemented on the sample group for statistical analysis of data analysis in two parts of descriptive statistics. and an inference is made. mean, standard deviation, tables and graphs are used in descriptive statistics, and pearson correlation and multivariate regression were used in inferential statistics. the research results showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between problem-oriented strategies and feelings of loneliness in students, and a positive and significant relationship between emotion-oriented strategies and feelings of loneliness in students. also, there is a positive and significant relationship between the breakup experience variable and the feeling of loneliness in students.
