پیش بینی رضایت زناشویی بر اساس هوش هیجانی و خلاقیت هیجانی زوجین

پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی  رضایت زناشویی بر اساس هوش هیجانی و خلاقیت هیجانی زوجین انجام شد. پژوهش از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه زوجین شاغل در آموزش و پرورش استان تهران منطقه 4 بود که با روش نموه گیری خوشه ای نمونه ای به تعداد 200 نفر از زوجین انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی پیترایدز و فارنهام ( 2001)، رضایت زناشویی السون، فورینز و دراکمن (1982) و خلاقیت هیجانی آوریل (1999) بود. داده ها با استفاده از شیوه های آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف استاندارد) و  آمار استنباطی (رگرسیون چندگانه و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss20 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بین هوش هیجانی، خلاقیت هیجانی و رضایت زناشویی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (p<0.001).. همچنین هوش هیجانی و خلاقیت هیجانی توانایی پیش بینی رضایت زناشویی را دارند (p<0.001). در نتیجه می توان از نتایج پژوهش حاضر برای تدوین بسته های آموزشی جهت کاهش تعارضات زناشویی و افزایش رضایت زناشویی استفاده کرد.

prediction of marital satisfaction based on emotional intelligence and emotional creativity of couples

the present research was conducted with the aim of predicting marital satisfaction based on emotional intelligence and emotional creativity of couples. the research was of the correlation type and the statistical population of the research was all couples working in education and training in tehran province, region 4, who were selected by cluster sampling method with a sample number of 200 couples. the tools used in the research were the emotional intelligence questionnaire of pitrides and farnham (2001), marital satisfaction by elson, forins and druckman (1982) and emotional creativity by avril (1999). the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (multiple regression and pearson correlation coefficient) and using spss20 software. the results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence, emotional creativity and marital satisfaction (p<0.001). also, emotional intelligence and emotional creativity have the ability to predict marital satisfaction (p<0.001). as a result, the results of this research can be used to develop educational packages to reduce marital conflicts and increase marital satisfaction.
