پیش بینی بلوغ عاطفی دانش آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه بر اساس سبک دلبستگی و میزان تمایز یافتگی مادران در شهر نجف آباد

بلوغ عاطفی جزء عوامل سلامت روان است و بررسی مولفه های پیش بینی کننده آن میتواند به ما درفهم بهتر این پدیده و بهبود آن یاری رساند. پیش بینی بلوغ عاطفی دانش آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه بر اساس سبک دلبستگی و میزان تمایزیافتگی مادران شهر نجف آباد. تحقیق حاضر یک طرح توصیفی -همبستگی است و جامعه آماری شامل دانش آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه شهر نجف آباد و مادرانشان در سال تحصیلی97-1396 می باشد که از آنها 317 نفر نمونه به روش خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. سپس پرسشنامه بلوغ عاطفی سینگ و بهارگاوا برای دختران و تمایزیافتگی از اسکورن و فریدلندر و سبک دلبستگی کولینز و رید برای مادران توزیع شد.و نیز داده ها به روش همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه مورد تحلیل قرارگرفت. بین بلوغ عاطفی با تمایزیافتگی و مولفه های آن (واکنش پذیری عاطفی، جایگاه من، هم آمیختگی وگریزعاطفی) رابطه مثبت وجود دارد. و میان بلوغ عاطفی و دلبستگی دوسوگرا-اضطرابی رابطه منفی است. اما میان دلبستگی ایمن و اجتنابی با بلوغ عاطفی رابطه یافت نشد. نتایج نشان میدهد باید برای ارتقاء تمایزیافتگی و اصلاح سبک دلبستگی از طرق مختلف کوشید. چراکه این مولفه ها نه تنها در افزایش بلوغ عاطفی اهمیت دارند؛ بلکه به طور نسلی منتقل شده و کیفیت زندگی نسلهای بعد را نیز تحت تاثیر قرار میدهند.

Prediction of emotional maturity of female students of senior high school based on attachment style and self-differentiation rate of mothers in Najaf Abad city

Emotional maturity is one of the factors of mental health and its predictive factors can help us to better understand and improve this phenomenon. To predict the emotional maturity of female students of senior high school based on mothers’ attachment style self-differentiation in Najaf Abad city. The present study is a descriptive-correlational study and the statistical population consists of high school girl students in Najaf Abad city and their mothers in the academic year 1396-97 from which 317 were selected by cluster sampling. Then, Sing’s and Bhargava’s emotional maturity questionnaire for girls and Scoren’s and Freadleander’s self-differentiation questionnaire and Collins and Read’s attachment style were distributed to mothers. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple regression. There is a positive relationship between emotional maturity and self-differentiation and its components (emotional reactivity, I-position, fusion with others, emotional cutoff). And there is a negative relationship between emotional maturity and anxiety attachment. But no relationship was found between secure attachment and avoidance attachment with emotional maturity. The results suggest that efforts should be made to increase the self-differentiation and modification of attachment style of the community in different ways Because these variables are important in enhancing emotional maturity, they are also transmitted in a generational way and will affect the quality of life for future generations.
