موتیف، گونه‌ها و کارکردهای آن در سه رمان روح‌انگیز شریفیان

موتیف یکی از اصطلاحات مهم نقد ادبی است که به‌جهت تکرار‌شوندگی تاثیر بسزایی بر ساختار و محتوای آثار ادبی می‌گذارد. این پژوهش در پی آن است این عنصر را به شیوه توصیفی- تحلیلی در سه رمان روح‌انگیز شریفیان بررسی نماید. مباحث نظری مقاله، تعاریف مربوط به موتیف، معرّفی انواع و کارکردهای آن و هم‌چنین مباحثی راجع ‌به مهاجر و چالش‌های هویّتی او را در‌بر‌می‌گیرد. در حوزۀ کاربردی نیز انواع موتیف و کارکردها و ارتباطات آن در رمان‌های شریفیان بررسی شده ‌است. نتایج تحقیق گویای آن است که شریفیان گاه آگاهانه و گاه ناآگاهانه از برخی عناصر به‌عنوان موتیف استفاده کرده‌ است. موتیف‌های هنری در آثار شریفیان نمونه‌هایی دارد. اما موتیف‌های فکری و عاطفی از تنوّع و گستردگی بیشتری در آثار او برخوردارند. در این قلمرو، حضور مفاهیم مختصّ ادبیات مهاجرت شایان توجّه است. در این مقاله به کارکردهای گوناگون موتیف هم‌چون کارکرد انسجام‌بخشی، تاکیدی، نمادین و کارکرد داستان‌سازی و هم‌چنین ارتباط موتیف با دیگر عناصر داستان نیز پرداخته شده ‌است.

motif, its types and functions in rouhangiz sharifian’s three novels

motif is one of the highly critical terms in literary criticism which, due to its repetition, has a great impact on the structure and content of literary work. this research seeks to examine this element in a descriptive-analytical way in rouhangiz sharifian's three novels. theoretical topics of the article include definitions of the motif,introduction of its types and functions and, furthermore, the topicsabout the immigrant and his identity challenges. in the field ofapplication, the types of motifs and their functions and connections insharifian’s novels have been studied. the results of the research showthat sharifian has sometimes consciously and sometimes unknowinglyused some elements as motifs. there are examples of artistic motifs insharifian's works. however, intellectual and emotional motifs havemore variety and breadth in hers works. in this realm, the presence ofconcepts specific to immigration literature is noteworthy. in thisarticle, motif various functions such as cohesive, emphatic, symbolicand storytelling functions are discussed, as well as the relationshipbetween motifs and other elements of the story.
