چکیده    A cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy (csep) is a rare and serious form of ectopic pregnancy that occurs when a fertilized egg implants on the scar tissue from a previous cesarean section. this condition demands early and precise diagnosis, frequently through a combination of transvaginal ultrasound and color doppler, as it can lead to life-threatening complications such as uterine rupture and hemorrhage. the case involved a 32-year-old g8 (3,043) 6 weeks and 3 days p3cs last one performed 3 months, no history of previous surgical operations except for cs and was medically free. transvaginal ultrasound showed a single intrauterine gestational sac with positive fetal pole and positive cardiac activity (crl = 6 weeks). the sac is low lying closely related to the previous cs scar with remaining myometrial thickness of 3 mm. different management options were discussed with the patient and her husband and finally conservative management was chosen. this case highlights the importance of early intervention, which may involve medical or surgical removal of the pregnancy; this is crucial to prevent these significant maternal risks and potentially maintain future fertility.
