چکیده    Lactiplantibacillus plantarum produces a diverse array of metabolic byproducts and cellular structures. ultrasonication improves the bioactivity of probiotics by efficiently releasing intracellular molecules. the l. plantarum lysate contains bioactive compounds as metabolic products that could promote skin health when applied topically. this study aimed to characterize the key metabolites in l. plantarum is-10506 lysate, particularly lactic acid, hyaluronic acid, and lipoteichoic acid. probiotic lactobacillus plantarum is-10506 (lp) was cultivated in whole milk powder, dextrose, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, and yeast extract in a man, rogosa, and sharpe (mrs) broth medium. lp was harvested by centrifugation and washed with phosphate-buffered saline (pbs) twice. subsequently, the lp lysate was prepared using an ultrasonication process. l. plantarum lysate is no longer viable. the viability was confirmed by plate counting on mrs agar. metabolomic profiling was conducted through ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (uhplc) using the thermo scientific™ vanquish™ horizon with a binary pump coupled to orbitrap exploris 240 high-resolution mass spectrometry. data analysis was performed using thermo scientific compound discoverer 3.3. a total of 107 metabolites were identified in the l. plantarum is-10506 lysate. the retention times (rt) of lactic acid, hyaluronic acid, and lipoteichoic acid were 0.66, 20.11, and 13.32 minutes, respectively. the calculated molecular weights of lactic acid, hyaluronic acid, and lipoteichoic acid were 90.03, 260.03, and 773.48, respectively. among the 107 metabolites identified, lactic acid, hyaluronic acid, and lipoteichoic acid were predominant bioactive compounds and notable findings.
