|
The integration of artificial intelligence (ai) into hospital management is transforming healthcare delivery; yet, its effects on consumer decision-making, patient satisfaction, and behavioral adaptation remain underexplored. this study investigates these dynamics by adopting a quantitative design to examine ai implementation across administrative, clinical, and patient-centered dimensions. drawing on data while maintaining ethical rigor via structured questionnaires, and ensuring methodological triangulation from 417 respondents, the study employed structural equation modeling (sem) using ibm spss to assess the hypothesized relationships between ai adoption, healthcare services, and patient satisfaction. findings demonstrate that ai significantly shapes consumer decision-making by enhancing trust, transparency, and confidence in healthcare choices. ai-enabled hospital operations were found to transform patient engagement and clinical service delivery, underscoring its role as a strategic enabler of patient-centered care. empirical evidence also confirmed a strong positive association between ai adoption and improved healthcare outcomes, particularly through predictive analytics and workflow optimization. furthermore, ai technologies enhanced patient satisfaction by streamlining processes, reducing waiting times, and strengthening communication. finally, results highlighted ai’s influence on patient and caregiver behavior, revealing its capacity to foster compliance, trust, and adaptive engagement with healthcare systems. theoretically, the study advances understanding of ai as both a technological and behavioral catalyst in hospital management. practically, it provides actionable insights for policymakers and administrators, emphasizing the need for equitable, transparent, and patient-centered ai integration. future research should extend these findings through longitudinal and cross-cultural studies to capture the evolving dynamics of ai-enabled healthcare.
