improvement of surgical intervention in laparoscopic cholecystectomy: description and cohort study

The study presents an improved method of surgical intervention in cholecystectomy. the innovative method differs from existing techniques in its simplicity of execution and the lack of necessity for additional expensive equipment. visual control is achieved by transverse access, considering the localization of the hepatocholedochus and gallbladder, which enables the operation to be performed under optimal visual supervision. the safety of the intervention is confirmed by the absence of complications such as bleeding and ligature slipping from the cystic arteries and veins in the postoperative period. as evidence of the effectiveness and safety of the proposed technique, a comparative study of the effectiveness of the method was conducted on a group of 207 patients. the key results demonstrate a reduction in the incidence of complications, shorter hospital stays, and a decreased need for analgesics and infusion therapy. the technique provides high-quality visualization of the surgical field with minimal traumatic intervention. the competitive advantages of this method include the ability to perform manipulations on extrahepatic bile ducts, use in cholelithiasis, the absence of the need for specialized tools, and the capability to quickly switch to traditional access if necessary.
