چکیده    Injectable plasma-rich fibrin (i-prf) has emerged as a promising therapy for regenerative periodontal treatment. this liquid platelet-rich fibrin (prf) formulation offers several advantages over traditional prf and platelet-rich plasma (prp). injectable plasma-rich fibrin (i-prf) exhibits a higher concentration of growth factors, including platelet-derived growth factor (pdgf-aa and pdgf-ab), insulin-like growth factor 1 (igf-1), and transforming growth factor (tgf), which are crucial for tissue regeneration and bone augmentation. current studies have demonstrated the regenerative potential of injectable plasma-rich fibrin (i-prf) in encouraging the movement of fibroblasts in the production of collagen and the growth and specialization of bone-forming cells, supported by data from (insert relevant studies/sources). in addition, injectable plasma rich-fibrin (i-prf) has demonstrated its ability to reduce inflammation by lowering inflammatory substances and boosting the production of anti-inflammatory agents. its ability to fight bacteria is linked to blood cells and antimicrobial proteins, contribute to reducing bacterial load and preventing infections. clinical studies have reported positive outcomes regarding tissue regeneration, reduction in pocket depth, and improvement in clinical parameters following injectable plasma-rich fibrin (i-prf) treatment. however, further research is needed to standardize protocols, determine optimal concentrations, and assess long-term outcomes. despite these considerations, the current evidence suggests that injectable plasma-rich fibrin (i-prf) holds great potential and may become a widely used therapy in regenerative periodontal procedures.
