   a new strategy for the synthesis of 2-amino-4h-pyran derivatives in aqueous media using dabco-cucl complex as a novel and efficient catalyst

چکیده    2-amino-4h-pyran derivatives are reported to have a broad spectrum of biological and pharmacological activities. some are endowed with anticoagulant, spasmolitic, diuretic, anticancer and antianaphylactin. on the other hand, some 2-amino-4h-pyrans also can be employed as cognitive enhancers, for the treatment of neurodegenerative disease, including alzheimer's disease, amyotrophic. in this research, 2-amino-4h-pyran derivatives were synthesized with good yields via a one-pot multi–component reaction of aldehyde, malononitrile, and dimedone in the presence of dabco-cucl as a catalyst in water.
