   تحلیل راهبردی سیاست خارجی روسیه در غرب آسیا از دیپلماسی تا موازنه قدرت

چکیده    سیاست خارجی روسیه در غرب آسیا، به عنوان یکی از عرصه‌های کلیدی رقابت ژئوپلیتیکی جهانی، طی دو دهه اخیر تحت تاثیر عوامل داخلی، منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی تحولات چشمگیری یافته است. این مقاله با تمرکز بر حضور روسیه در منطقه، کنش‌گری آن در کشورهای عربی خلیج فارس (مانند عربستان سعودی، قطر، امارات متحده عربی و کویت) و روابط با بازیگران کلیدی همچون ترکیه، ایران و رژیم صهیونیستی، به بررسی ابزارها و راهبردهای مسکو برای افزایش نفوذ می‌پردازد. سوال اصلی پژوهش بدینگونه مطرح می‌شود که روسیه چگونه با بهره‌گیری از ابزارهای دیپلماتیک، اقتصادی و نظامی و از طریق ائتلاف‌های چندجانبه و شکاف‌های منطقه‌ای، نفوذ خود را در غرب آسیا گسترش می‌دهد و با چه محدودیت‌هایی مواجه است؟ فرضیه پژوهش بر این پایه استوار است که روسیه با اتخاذ رویکردی عمل‌گرایانه و غیرایدئولوژیک، از طریق ابزارهای دیپلماتیک، اقتصادی و نظامی و همچنین بهره‌گیری از ائتلاف‌های چندجانبه و شکاف‌های منطقه‌ای، توانسته نفوذ خود را در غرب آسیا گسترش دهد، اما این راهبرد با محدودیت‌های اقتصادی و رقابت‌های ژئوپلیتیکی قدرت‌های منطقه‌ای و فرامنطقه‌ای مواجه است. روش تحقیق در این مطالعه، رویکرد کیفی تحلیلی-تاریخی است که بر پایه بررسی اسناد رسمی روسیه (مانند مفهوم سیاست خارجی)، منابع ثانویه آکادمیک (مقالات و کتاب‌های مرتبط) و تحلیل محتوای کیفی رویدادهای کلیدی (از بهار عربی تا عملیات طوفان الاقصی) انجام شده است.

   strategic analysis of russian foreign policy in west asia from diplomacy to balance of power

Abstract    russia's foreign policy in west asia, as one of the key arenas of global geopolitical competition, has undergone significant changes over the past two decades under the influence of domestic, regional, and international factors. focusing on russia's presence in the region, its activism in the arab countries of the persian gulf (such as saudi arabia, qatar, the united arab emirates, and kuwait), and its relations with key players such as turkey, iran, and the zionist regime, this article examines moscow's tools and strategies for increasing influence. the main research question is how russia expands its influence in west asia by utilizing diplomatic, economic, and military tools and through multilateral alliances and regional divides, and what limitations does it face? the research hypothesiscompetition from سخ is based on the fact that russia has been able to expand its influence in west asia by adopting a pragmatic and non-ideological approach through diplomatic, economic, and military means, as well as by taking advantage of multilateral alliances and regional divides, but this strategy faces economic limitations and geopolitical competition from regional and trans-regional powers. the research method is qualitative, analytical-historical, with a review of official documents, academic sources, and content analysis of key events.
