رویکردی انتقادی به تحلیل‌های واقع‌گرایانه از جنگ روسیه و اوکراین

واقع گرایی از تاثیرگذارترین نظریات در روابط بین‌الملل به شمار می رود. مکاتب واقع‌گرایی، هریک به تبیین علت بحران اوکراین پرداخته اند. در این پژوهش تلاش می‌شود، دیدگاه های این مکاتب، مورد نقد و بررسی قرار گیرد. از منظر واقع گرایان تهاجمی، گسترش ناتو و تحرکات ایالات متحده و همپیمانان غربی اش، باعث حمله روسیه به اوکراین شده است. از منظر واقع گرایان تدافعی، اگر چه تحرکات ناتو را باید مهم بدانیم؛ اما روسیه نیات خود را برای به دست گیری اوکراین، در پشت گسترش ناتو توجیه کرده و به اوکراین حمله کرد. بنابراین سوال پژوهش این است که: «علاوه بر دلایل مطرح شده از سوی نظریه‌پردازان جریان واقع‌گرایی (تدافعی و تهاجمی)، چه عوامل دیگری را می‌توان به عنوان علل شکل‌گیری جنگ روسیه و اوکراین، بیان کرد»؟ نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که نه ایده « احاله مسئولیت» واقع‌گرایان تهاجمی، مبنی بر واگذاری مسئولیت تقابل با قدرت گیری روسیه در منطقه اوراسیا به اروپا از سوی ایالات متحده و نه ایده همکاری‌های دسته جمعی دولت‌های غربی، علیه تهدیدات نوین امنیتی در قالب ناتو، در بر گیرنده علل جنگ روسیه و اوکراین نخواهد بود و باید ریشه‌های منازعه را در عوامل دیگری همچون: موقعیت راهبردی اوکراین، سیاست‌های آونگی این کشور به سبب تغییر روسای جمهور، و توسعه طلبی روسیه جستجو کرد. روش این پژوهش، توصیفی – تحلیلی است و در جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، از شیوه مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای استفاده شده است.

a critical approach to realist analyzes of the russian-ukrainian war

realism is one of the most influential theories in international relations. each of the realist schools has tried to explain the cause of the ukrainian crisis. this study attempts to criticize and examine the views of these schools. from the perspective of offensive realists, the expansion of nato and the movements of the united states and its western allies caused russia to attack ukraine. from the perspective of defensive realists, although we should consider nato's movements important, russia justified its intentions to seize ukraine behind the expansion of nato and attacked ukraine. therefore, the research question is: in addition to the reasons put forward by theorists of the realist movement (defensive and offensive), what other factors can be stated as the causes of the war between russia and ukraine? the results of the research show that neither the idea of ​​responsibility transfer of the aggressive realists, based on the united states assigning responsibility for confronting russia's rise to power in the eurasian region to europe, nor the idea of ​​collective cooperation of western governments against new security threats in the form of nato, will encompass the causes of the war between russia and ukraine, and the roots of the conflict should be sought in other factors such as: ukraine's strategic location, the country's pendulum policies due to the change of presidents, and russia's expansionism. the method of this research is descriptive-analytical, and the library study method was used in data collection.
