   واکاوی حضور چین در خلیج فارس در قبال آمریکا از دیدگاه سیاست موازنه گرای نرم رابرت پیپ

چکیده    بررسی رفتار بازیگران مختلف در عرصه نظام بین الملل که مستقیما با راهبردهای امنیتی سیاسی ایران مرتبط هستند، حائز اهمیت می باشد. جمهوری خلق چین مایل به ایفای نقش مهم تر و ارتقای جایگاه در منطقه استراتژیک خاورمیانه است .محرک اصلی جمهوری خلق چین در فعال تر شدن در خلیج فارس نیاز به انرژی نفت و گاز و به موازات آن کم رنگ شدن نقش ایدئولوژیک این کشور در سیاست خارجی از دهه هشتاد به بعد است.هدف پژوهش حاضرپاسخ به این سئوال اساسی است که حضور چین در خلیج فارس در قبال ایالات متحده آمریکا از دیدگاه سیاست موازنه گرای نرم رابرت پیپ چیست؟ این مقاله با استفاده از روش اسنادی با اتکا به منابع مکتوب کتابخانه ای و مقالات اینترنتی و با الهام گرفتن از نظریه موازنه گرای نرم رابرت پیپ انجام پذیرفته است. نتایج پژوهش حاضرنشان می دهد که با تشدید افول قدرت آمریکا در جهان، چین امروز خواهان جایگاه قوی تری در نظام بین‌الملل است و به موازات افزایش نیاز خود به انرژی های فسیلی نفت و گاز به حضور گسترده خود در قالب همکاری های مختلف تجاری و اقتصادی در قالب صادرات کالا و خدمات با بازیگران اصلی خلیج فارس در سایه سیاست کلان موازنه نرم با ایالات متحده آمریکا، رویکرد تعامل با غرب و آمریکا را در حوزه خلیج فارس دنبال کرده و می کوشد جایگاه خود را در منطقه به عنوان یک بازیگر فرامنطقه ای تثبیت و ارتقاء دهد.

   analyzing china's presence in the persian gulf vis-a-vis the united states from the point of view of robert pipe's soft balancing policy

Abstract    it is important to examine the behavior of different actors in the field of the international system that are directly related to iran's security-political strategies. the people's republic of china wants to play a more important role and improve its position in the strategic region of the middle east. the main driver of the people's republic of china in becoming more active in the persian gulf is the need for oil and gas energy and, in parallel, the country's ideological role in foreign policy is fading. it is from the eighties onwards. the purpose of the current research is to answer this basic question, what is the presence of china in the persian gulf in relation to the united states of america from the point of view of robert pipe's soft balancing policy? in this article, we rely on the method of collecting and analyzing information from reliable library sources and internet articles and inspired by robert pipe's theory of soft equilibrium. the necessity of doing this article is that with the intensification of the decline of american power in the world, china today wants a stronger position in the international system. the results of the present study show that china, in parallel with the increase in its need for fossil energy, oil and gas, and its extensive presence in the format of various commercial and economic cooperations in the form of exporting goods and services with the main actors of the persian gulf.
