جستاری بر روابط تجاری – نظامی ایران و قدرت‌های اروپایی در دوره پهلوی اول (با تاکید بر نظریه نظام جهانی)

بررسی روابط ایران با سایر کشورها در دوره پهلوی اول به دلیل آن‌که هم در عرصه داخلی (استقرار نظم جدید و انقراض حکومت قاجارها پس از سال‌ها) و هم در عرصه خارجی (شکل‌گیری قطب‌بندی‌های جدید در نظام بین‌الملل) متضمن حوادث تاثیرگذاری در تاریخ معاصر بوده است، می‌تواند به درک جامع جایگاه ایران در این دوره کمک شایانی کند. در این میان کاربست نظریه نظام جهانی به دلیل ویژگی‌های ماهوی آن و تقسیم‌بندی کشورها در دو محور مرکز و پیرامون نیز برای تحقق هدف مذکور، مفید به نظر می‌رسد.با توجه به این نکات در این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش اساسی بوده‌ایم که: در چارچوب نظام جهانی اقتصادی، وضعیت روابط تجاری – نظامی ایران و قدرت‌های اروپایی ناظر بر چه مواردی بوده و جایگاه ایران در نظام مذکور چگونه بوده‌است؟ یافته‌های ما که با به کارگیری روش توصیفی – تحلیلی و واکاوی اسناد، مدارک و منابع مرتبط با موضوع حاصل شد حاکی از آن بود که در قالب نظام جهانی، جایگاه کشور ایران به عنوان یک کشور حاشیه‌ای تثبیت شد؛ به همین دلیل در بعد تجاری، فراهم کردن مواد اولیه و خام فروشی برای تامین صنایع کشورهای مرکزی و در بعد نظامی اکتفا به مونتاژ، وابستگی شدید نیروهای نظامی به تسلیحات وارداتی و سلب امکان سیاست‌گذاری مستقل در حوزه صنایع نظامی از جمله مهم‌ترین ویژگی‌های روابط ایران و قدرت‌های اروپایی در دوره پهلوی اول بود.

research on commercial-military relations between iran and european powers during the first pahlavi era(with emphasis on the world system theory)

examining iran’s relations with other countries during the first pahlavi era because both in the domestic arena (the establishment of the new order and the extinction of the qajar rule after many years) and in the foreign arena (the formation of new polarizations in the international system) involved influential events in contemporary history can contribute to the comprehensive understanding of iran’s position in this period. considering these points, in this research, we have sought to answer this basic question: in the framework of the global economic system, what were the status of commercial-military relations between iran and the european powers and what was iran’s position in the said system? our findings, which were obtained by applying the descriptive-analytical method and the analysis of documents and sources related to the subject, indicated that in the framework of the global system the position of iran was established as a marginal country; for this reason, in the commercial dimension, providing raw materials to supply the industries of the central countries, and in the military dimension, limiting itself to assembly, the strong dependence of the military forces on imported weapons and denying the possibility of independent policymaking in the field of military industries,the most important features of the relations between iran and the european powers were during the first pahlavi era.
