ضرورت ها و راهبردهای استفاده از بخش سوم در دیپلماسی علمی در جهان اسلام؛ مورد مطالعه: نهاد وقف

دیپلماسی‌‌های نوین از مهم ترین مسائل فرهنگ و ارتباطات در جهان معاصر است. نهاد وقف را می توان به عنوان یکی از نهادهای مردمی در جهان اسلام جهت استفاده در مسیر اهداف دیپلماسی مورد بررسی قرار داد. از جمله راهکارهای مهم استفاده از نهاد وقف، ایده دیپلماسی علمی در جهان اسلام است. مسئله این پژوهش تبیین دیپلماسی علمی با استفاده از ظرفیت های نهاد وقف و کشف راهبردهای آن است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه‌ای و تحلیل آن ها مبتنی بر روش تحلیل مضمون صورت گرفته‌است. بر‌اساس نتایج این پژوهش سه مضمون اصلی و فراگیری که از تحلیل مضمون منابع کتبی مرتبط به دست آمده است عبارتند از: «تبیین دیپلماسی علمی وقف»، «ضرورت دیپلماسی علمی وقف» و «راهبردهای دیپلماسی علمی وقف». بر اساس یافتههای این پژوهش دیپلماسی علمی وقف اشاره به ظرفیت‌های نهاد وقف و استفاده از آن‌ها در مسیر اهداف دیپلماسی عمومی دارد که یکی از این ظرفیت‌ها، راه‌اندازی و به‌کار‌گیری مراکز و ساز‌و‌کارهای علمی در این جهت است. خطرات جهانی‌شدن کنونی، لزوم ایجاد قدرت منطقه‌ای و جهانی تشیع، سیل اسلام هراسی و شیعه هراسی، لزوم فعال شدن بخش مردمی و اهمیت دیپلماسی از طریق مراکز علمی هر چه بیشتر ضرورت دیپلماسی علمی از طریق نهاد وقف را آشکار می‌سازد. توجه به پیشرفت‌های نوین علمی، ایجاد هماهنگی با مراکز علمی دیگر کشورها برای ایجاد پژوهشکده‌های مشترک، بهره‌گیری از مولفه‌های گفتمان اسلام ناب برای همگرایی منطقه‌ای و جهانی از مهم‌ترین راهبردهای دیپلماسی علمی وقف از طریق مراکز علمی می‌باشند.

Necessities and strategies for using the third part in the scientific diplomacy of the Islamic world; Case study: Endowment Organization

In the conventional economics literature, the crystallization of the possibility of nonprofit economic activities along with profitmaking activities with the third sector of the economy, including benevolent activities, is found; the waqf entity can be considered as one of the institutions of the third sector in the Islamic world Examined. Among the important strategies for using the waqf entity is the idea of scientific diplomacy in the Islamic world.The issue of this research is the clarification of scientific diplomacy using the capabilities of the waqf institution and discovering its strategies. The method of data collection is library and its analysis is based on the method of the analysis of the subject. Based on the results of this study, three main themes and subjects that are related to the analysis of the content of related written sources are: Definition of Scientific Endowment Diplomacy, The Need for Scientific Endowment Diplomacy and Endowment Diplomacy Strategies.The dangers of the current globalization, the need to create a regional and global Shiite force, the flood of Islamophobia and Shi’a, the need to activate the third part and the importance of diplomacy through the scientific centers reveal the need for scientific diplomacy through the institution of the waqf. Paying attention to new scientific developments, establishing coordination with other scientific centers of other countries to create joint research institutes, utilizing the components of pure Islamic discourse for regional and global convergence are among the most important strategies of scientific diplomacy endowed through scientific centers. They are.
