چکیده
|
در یک نظام منطقه‌ای علاوه بر قدرت‌های منطقه‌ای و سایر کشورهای عضو آن، باید به قدرت‌های مداخله‌گر فرا منطقه‌ای نیز توجه داشته باشیم. چه‌بسا این قدرت‌ها نقش موثر و تعیین‌کننده‌ای را می‌توانند در نظام امنیت منطقه‌ای ایفا نمایند. غرب آسیا نیز ازجمله این مناطق می‌باشد که نقش قدرت‌های فرا منطقه‌ای در شکل‌دهی به تحولات آن، قابل‌توجه و مهم است. بدین منظور پژوهش حاضر در پی پاسخ‌گویی به این پرسش اصلی است که آمریکا و انگلیس به‌عنوان قدرت‌های فرا منطقه‌ای مداخله‌گر، چه نقشی در تحولات منطقه غرب آسیا، در برهه زمانی 2017-2001 داشتند؟ پاسخ اولیه به سوال مذکور بدین شرح است که قدرت‌های مداخله‌گر منطقه غرب آسیا با افزایش تنش، درگیری، نظامی‌گری میان کشورهای منطقه، از طریق توازن سازی طرفین ذینفع در آن بحران، سعی در دامن زدن و تداوم بحران‌ها و به‌تبع آن سوق دادن تحولات منطقه به نفع خودشان دارند. بدین ترتیب در این پژوهش سعی می‌شود با الگوی نظام‌ها و متغیر مداخله قدرت‌های فرا منطقه‌ای، نقش آمریکا و انگلستان را در تحولات منطقه غرب آسیا در برهه زمانی مذکور موردبررسی قرار دهیم.

Abstract
|
In a regional system, in addition to the regional powers and its other member states, we must also consider the transregional interventionist powers. Perhaps these powers can play a decisive role in the regional security system. West Asia is one of those areas where the role of transatlantic powers in shaping its developments is significant and important. To this end, the present study seeks to answer the main question that the United States and Britain, as transregional interventionist powers, what role did they play in the developments in the West Asia region at the time of 20012017? The hypothesis of the above question is that the interventionist powers of the West Asian region, by increasing the tension, conflict, and militarization among the countries of the region, by balancing the beneficiaries in that crisis, try to provoke and sustain the crises and, consequently, they are pushing for regional developments in their own interests. Thus, in this research, we try to examine the role of the United States and the United Kingdom in the developments in the West Asian region with the pattern of systems and the transregional intervention powers variable.
