رقابت های منطقه ای ژئوپلیتیک در خاورمیانه: پیامدهای آن برای اروپا

خاورمیانه با یک دوران آشفته و بی ثبات روبرو است. یک مانع جدی برای صلح و توسعه پایدار در منطقه ، رقابت شدید بین ایران وکشورهای مخالف آن ، شامل امارات متحده عربی و اسراییل به رهبری عربستان سعودی می باشد ، که به شدت توسط ایالات متحده حمایت می شوند و موضع تهاجمی دولت دونالد ترامپ در مورد ایران باعث افزایش تنش های منطقه ای شده است . پرسش این است که «پیامدهای رقابت ژئوپلتیک ایران و عربستان برکشورهای اروپایی چیست و اینکه اتحادیه اروپا چگونه می تواند در فرایند ثبات وامنیت خاورمیانه نقش آفرینی کند؟ِ». فرضیه آن است که بازیگران اروپایی باید با دقت تنش های ژئوپلیتیکی منطقه را مورد بررسی قرار دهند و از اهرم محدودی که دارند برعلیه روند فعلی که ممکن است منجر به بی ثباتی بیشتر و درگیری گسترده تر بین منطقه ای و شاید جهانی شود استفاده کنند. یافته های این پژوهش نشان داده است اگر اروپا در قبال مسائل خاورمیانه و بخصوص برجام نخواهد با قاطعیت عمل کند و در برابریکجانبه گری آمریکا مقاومت نشان ندهد ، با معظلات خاورمیانه از جمله بحران پناهندگان و مشکلات امنیتی روبرو خواهد بود . این پژوهش به روش تبیینی تحلیلی و مبتنی برآینده پژوهی می باشد.

abstract :abstract: the middle east faces a fragile and turbulent decade ahead. a forceful obstacle to sustainable peace and development in the region has been the heated rivalry unfolding between iran and those countries opposed to it led by saudi arabia, the united arab emirates and israel, and strongly supported by the us. the donald trump administration’s aggressive stance on iran is likely to fuel the regional tensions. the question is, what are the consequences of the geopolitical rivalry between iran and saudi arabia in the european countries and how can the european union play a role in the process of stability and security in the middle east? its a hypothesis, european actors need to delicately navigate the region’s geopolitical tensions and use the limited leverage they have to push against the current trend towards greater instability and perhaps a wider interregional and global conflict. the findings of this research have shown that if europe does not act decisively on the issues of the middle east and iran’s nuclear agreement and does not resist american unilateralism, europe will face problems in the middle east, including the refugee crisis and security problems. this research is a descriptiveanalytical and futurology research method.
