چرخش پارادایمی دونالد ترامپ در قبال انقلاب اسلامی ایران و جبهه مقاومت شیعیان منطقه؛ گذر از تهدیدات نرم تا توسل به ترور

این مقاله جستاری برای بررسی این مسئله مهم است که اصولا سیاست های خارجی دونالد ترامپ در قبال رقبا، اعم از رقبای اقتصادی همچون جمهوری خلق چین تا رقبای امنیتی همچون کره شمالی و جمهوری اسلامی ایران پیشتر مبتنی بر تعمیق تنش ها و تهدیدها بوده است اما در یک چرخش پارادایمی بزرگ، ماهیت تهدیدات خود به ویژه علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران را از قدرت نرم همچون جنگ رسانه ای مبدل به یک جنگ تمام عیار نمود که اوج آن ترور سپهبد سلیمانی بوده است. لذا سوال اصلی این مقاله معطوف به این است که مهمترین دلیل یا دلایل چرخش پارادایمی سیاست خارجی ترامپ در قبال جمهوری اسلامی ایران و جبهه مقاومت شیعیان در منطقه از تهدیدات نرم به تهدید سخت (ترور) چه بوده است؟ فرضیه ای که نویسندگان به بوته آزمایش گذارده اند تاکیدی بر این مسئله است که فقدان دستاوردهای جمهوری خواهان در زمینه قدرت نرم از یک سو و تحکیم روزافزون ائتلاف جبهه مقاومت از سوی دیگر، بسترساز این چرخش پاردایمی بوده است. یافته های مقاله که بر اساس روش تحلیلی توصیفی و بهره گیری از تئوری های ترکیبی جوزف نای رئالیسم تهاجمی جان مرشایمر می باشد نشان می دهد که سه اصل کلان موفقیت های جبهه مقاومت به ویژه در پساداعش، موفقیت در انتخابات آینده ریاست جمهوری ایالات متحده و شکنندگی ائتلاف عربی عبری مهمترین دلایل چنین چرخشی بوده است.

this article explores the importance that donald trump’s foreign policy toward competitors, ranging from economic rivals such as the people’s republic of china to security rivals such as north korea and the islamic republic of iran, has previously been based on deepening tensions and threats. but in a major paradigm shift, the nature of its threats, especially against the islamic republic of iran, turned from soft power such as media war to a fullblown war, culminating in the assassination of lieutenant general soleimani. so the main question in this article is what was the main reason or reasons for trump’s foreign policy paradigm shift toward the islamic republic of iran and the shiite resistance front in the middle east? the hypothesis tested by the authors underlines that the lack of republican gains in soft power and the growing consolidation of the resistance front coalition have been the basis of this paradigm shift. the findings of the paper, based on a descriptiveanalytical approach and utilizing composite theories joseph nye’s and john mearsheimer’s aggressive realism, show that the three major principles of the breakthrough resistance front coalition, success in the upcoming us presidential election, and the fragility of the arab hebrew coalition has been the most important reason for such a turnaround.
