بررسی پیامدهای سیاسی-امنیتی روابط ترکیه و اسرائیل بر منطقه خاورمیانه2017-1990

روابط ترکیه و اسرائیل پدید آورندۀ اتحاد سیاسی امنیتی و نظامی در منطقه خاورمیانه بود. این اتحاد تاثیرات بسیاری بر کشورهای منطقه خاورمیانه گذاشت. به قدرت رسیدن حزب عدالت و توسعه و اجرای دکترین عمق استراتژیک، ترکیه سطح جدیدی از روابط سیاسی امنیتی را در منطقه آغاز نمود. ایفای نقش میانجیگری در معادلات منطقه‌ای بین اسرائیل و سایر کشورهای عربی، به ترکیه قدرت مانور بیشتری بخشید و ترکیه را از تنها متحد اسرائیل به یک رهبری استراتژیک در منطقه تبدیل نمود. ترکیه در تلاش بود در سایه اجرای دکترین عمق استراتژیک به جایگاه برتری در میان کشورهای منطقه دست یابد. بیان ارزشهای جدید از سوی رهبران ترکیه سبب تقابل با اسرائیل گردید و تنشهای سیاسی نظامی را در منطقه پدید آورد. در بررسی روابط سیاسی امنیتی ترکیه و اسرائیل سوال اصلی این مقاله این است که، روابط ترکیه و اسرائیل طی سالهای 1990 تا 2107 چه پیامدهایی بر منطقه خاورمیانه داشته است؟ یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان میدهد، ایجاد ائتلافهای سیاسی امنیتی در منطقه خاورمیانه، اجرای دکترین عمق استراتژیک و انعکاس آن در روابط ترکیه و اسرائیل، پیامد امنیتی روابط ترکیه و اسرائیل بر زیر سیستم خلیج فارس، ایران، زیر سیستم شامات، خروج اسرائیل از انزوای سیاسی، از جمله پیامدهای روابط سیاسی– امنیتی ترکیه و اسرائیل بوده است. نویسندگان در این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از منابع کتابخانه‌ای – اسنادی، اینترنتی و با رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی با نگاهی جامع‌تر به بررسی پیامدهای روابط سیاسی امنیتی ترکیه و اسرائیل در طی سالهای 1990 تا 2017 پرداخته‌اند.

turkishisraeli relations created a politicalsecurity and military alliance in the middle east. this alliance had many effects on the countries of the middle east. with the rise to power of the justice and development party and the implementation of the strategic depth doctrine, turkey has begun a new level of politicalsecurity relations in the region.playing a mediating role in regional equations between israel,other arab countries has given turkey more maneuverability and turned turkey from a single israeli ally into a strategic leader in the region. turkey was trying to gain a leading position among the countries of the region in the shadow of implementing the strategy of strategic depth. the expression of new values by turkish leaders has led to confrontation with israel and politicalmilitary tensions in the region. the main question of this article is, what are the consequences of the relations between turkey and israel between 19902107 in the middle east?the findings of this study show that the establishment of politicalsecurity alliances in the middle east, the implementation of the strategy of strategic depth and its reflection in turkishisraeli relations, the security consequences of turkishisraeli relations under the persian gulf, iran, shamat subsystem, israel’s isolation from isolation. politics has been one of the consequences of turkishisraeli politicalsecurity relations. in this study, the authors used the resources of librarydocumentary, internet and descriptiveanalytical approaches to examine the consequences of the politicalsecurity relations between turkey and israel from 19902017 with a more comprehensive view.
