اصطلاحات ریاضی؛ ایجاد یک زبان مشترک جهانی در حقوق

زمینه و هدف: قانون و ریاضیات هدف مشترکی در دستیابی به نظمی آرمانی دارند. تنها تفاوت بین قانون و ریاضیات در روش‌های مورد استفاده در این دو مفهوم برای رسیدن به این هدف دیده می‌شود. قانون و ریاضیات در زندگی روزمره ما ضروری هستند و نقش مهمی در تصمیمات و تجربیات ما ایفا می‌کنند. قوانین را می‌توان با اعمال زبان جهانی ریاضیات بر قانون، به‌صورت ریاضی توضیح داد. مواد و روش‌ها: روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی و کتابخانه‌ای است.ملاحظات اخلاقی: کلیه اصول اخلاقی حاکم در پژوهش، در تقریر این مقاله رعایت شده است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: پیشرفت‌ها در حوزه قانون را می‌توان به راحتی در چارچوب بین‌المللی دنبال کرد. علاوه‌براین، به کمک ریاضیات، قوانین طولانی را می‌توان به‌شکلی کوتاه‌تر بیان کرد و دیدگاه‌های متفاوتی را توسعه داد. تصور می‌شود که هم تحلیل ریاضی پرونده‌ها و هم بیان ریاضی قوانین به قضات در اتخاذ تصمیمات موثر کمک می‌کند؛ همچنین به اجرای مجازات‌های بازدارنده کمک می‌کند. با این حال، یافتن بیان ریاضی برای هر مفهوم حقوقی دشوار است. اگرچه این وضعیت ممکن است به‌عنوان جنبه منفی بیان ریاضی قوانین دیده شود، می‌توان گفت که جنبه‌های مثبت این مطالعه غالب است. 

mathematical terminology; creating a universal common language in law

background and aim: law and mathematics have a common goal in achieving an ideal order. the only difference between law and mathematics is seen in the methods used in these two concepts to achieve this goal. law and mathematics are essential in our daily lives and play an important role in our decisions and experiences. laws can be explained mathematically by applying the universal language of mathematics to the law.materials and methods: the research method in this research is descriptive-analytical.ethical considerations: all ethical principles have been observed in the writing stages of this research.findings and conclusion: developments in the field of law can be easily followed in the international framework. moreover, with the help of mathematics, long rules can be expressed in a shorter form and different perspectives can be developed. both the mathematical analysis of cases and the mathematical expression of laws are thought to help judges make effective decisions; it also helps to enforce deterrent punishments. however, it is difficult to find a mathematical expression for any legal concept. although this situation may be seen as a negative aspect of the mathematical expression of laws, it can be said that the positive aspects of this study prevail.
