بررسی اثربخشی فرهنگ اسلامی بر امنیت اجتماعی

زمینه و هدف:دین، فرهنگ و امنیت اجتماعی از مفاهیمی هستند که همواره بین آنها نوعی ارتباط وجود دارد. دین به عنوان ریشه و بنیان فرهنگ در جوامع اسلامی مطرح است. از سوی دیگر امنیت اجتماعی نیز با فرهنگ حاکم در جامعه ارتباط دارد؛ بر این اساس فرهنگ اسلامی به دلیل تکیه بر تعالیم وحیانی، توان تاثیرگذاری فزاینده ای بر امنیت اجتماعی دارد. در این نوشتار با تبیین نقش اساسی و بنیادی دین در فرهنگ، اثربخشی فرهنگ اسلامی در امنیت اجتماعی مورد توجه و مداقه قرار می گیرد. از این رو هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی رابطه و تاثیر فرهنگ اسلامی و ابعاد آن بر امنیت اجتماعی است.روش:پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی؛ از نظر داده ها، کمّی؛ و از نظر ماهیت و نوع مطالعه پیمایشی مقطعی است.جامعه آماری مورد پژوهش حاضر را استادان هئیت علمی دانشگاه علوم انتظامی تشکیل می دهند که مشغول تدریس در دانشکده ها و مراکز آموزشی این دانشگاه هستند.یافته ها و نتایج:فرضیه اصلی به صورت وجود رابطه معنی داری بین فرهنگ اسلامی و امنیت اجتماعی تعریف شد. با استفاده از نظر استادان یک سری شاخص برای ابعاد کلان فرهنگی، از تعالیم وحیانی احصا شد و روایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. براساس پیمایش انجام شده،بین فرهنگ اسلامی مبتنی بر وحی و ابعاد کلان فرهنگی و امنیت اجتماعی همبستگی معناداری وجود دارد.

Investigating the Effectiveness of Islamic Culture on Social Security

Background and objectives: Religion, culture and social security are the concepts that there is always a relationship between them. Religion has been known as the root of the culture in Islamic societies. On the other hand, social security is correlated with the dominant culture in the community; accordingly, Islamic culture due to essential and spiritual teachings has the potentially increasing impact on social security. This paper, explaining the fundamental role of religion in culture, scrutinizes the effectiveness of Islamic culture on social security. Hence the main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship and the impact of Islamic culture and its dimensions on social security.Methodology: In terms of its objectives this study is of an applied research, in terms of the data it is of a quantitative type and in terms of the nature and type of study is a cross-sectional survey. The statistical population of the study included the faculty members of Amin Police University teaching at faculties and training centers of the university.Findings and results: The main hypothesis was defined for the existence of a significant relationship between Islamic culture and social security. Hence taking the advantage of experts' opinions a set of indicators for measuring major cultural dimensions were extracted from the essential spiritual teachings and its validity was confirmed. Then the hypothesis was examined using correlation test of sampling and data from appropriate experts. There is a correlation between Islamic culture and major cultural dimensions and social security.
