ساخت و اعتباریابی ابزار سنجش و ارزشیابی رزمایش مشترک انتظامی در تربیت و آموزش فراجا

زمینه و هدف: هدف پژوهش ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسش نامه‌ای برای سنجش ارزشیابی رزمایش مشترک انتظامی است که متناسب با ویژگی‌ها و فرهنگ بومی تربیت و آموزش فراجا باشد.روش: روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه‌ این پژوهش کلیه خبرگان، اساتید، فرماندهان، مدیران ودست اندرکاران طراحی و اجرای رزمایش‌های دانشگاه افسری و تربیت پلیس امام حسن مجتبی (ع)، کارشناسان آموزش و معاونت عملیات فراجا و فاتب در حوزه رزمایش تعداد 96 نفر بودند که که 75 نفر به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش نامه محقق ساخته بوده است. به‌منظور حصول روایی صوری به برآورد شاخص‌های cvr و cvi  با استفاده از کارشناسان و خبرگان اقدام شد. پایایی پرسش نامه با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 89 درصد سنجیده شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و ساخت ابزار موردنظر، از روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی با نرم افزار pls استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی داده‌ها تاییدی در قالب مدل اندازه گیری پس از تامین کلیه پیش فرض‌ها نشان داد که از 137 گویه شناسایی شده برای ارزشیابی رزمایش، 104 گویه با مولفه‌های خود همبستگی داشتند و به عنوان سوال‌های نهایی پرسش نامه مورد تایید قرار گرفتند.نتایج: این مطالعه نشان داد که پرسش نامه ارزشیابی رزمایش با ضرایب روایی و پایایی مناسب، ابزاری برای سنجش و ارزشیابی رزمایش مشترک است و می‌توان نسبت به انجام ارزشیابی و سنجش در مراحل قبل، حین و بعد از اجرای رزمایش مشترک انتظامی اقدام کرد.

construction and validation of the assessment and evaluation tool for the joint police exercise in faraja training and education system

background and purpose: the purpose of the present research is to create and validate a tool for the evaluation of the joint police exercise that is appropriate to the characteristics and local culture of the education method:the method of the current research is a descriptive survey type. the community of this research was all the experts, professors, commanders, managers, and those involved in the design and implementation of the exercises of the university of police sciences and the experts of the naja and fateb operations deputy, 75 of whom were selected as a snowball. the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts, and cronbach's alpha coefficient for the underlying factors was 87%, 94%, and 86%, respectively. in terms of data analysis and construction of the desired tool, confirmatory factor analysis method with pls software and content validity (cvr) and (cvi) have been used.results: the final instrument of this research has 104 items that include three factors before the exercise, during the exercise and after the exercise. the item reliability and composite reliability indicators indicate the appropriate reliability of the tool. in addition to exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, convergent and discriminant validity results also showed that the instrument has acceptable validity.conclusion: the results have shown that this tool can be used to measure and evaluate the joint police exercise in the stages before, during and after the implementation of the joint police exercise in education and training system
