شناسایی مولفه های موثر در جرم یابی با تاکید بر پیشگیری از وقوع جرم

زمینه و هدف: با پیچیده‌تر شدن جرائم، کشف سریع آنها به منظور دستگیری مجرمان برای جلوگیری از تکرار مجدد جرم و دست یابی به عواملی که این امر را محقق می‌بخشد، امری ضروری است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل موثر در جرم‌یابی با رویکرد پیشگیرانه است.روش: پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از حیث ماهیت داده‌ها کیفی-کمی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی - تحلیلی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی نخبگان پلیس در حوزه‌های جرم‌یابی و پیشگیری از جرم هستند که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و اصل اشباع نظری، 16 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و ابزار جمع آوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود، داده‌های جمع آوری شده نیز در این بخش به روش تحلیل مضمون و با استفاده از نرم افزارمکس کیودا مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفت. در بخش کمی جامعه آماری 96 نفر مشتمل بر کارآگاهان و کارشناسان با تجربه در امر جرم‌یابی و پیشگیری از جرم هستند، همچنین ابزارگرد آوری داده‌ها پرسش نامه محقق ساخته بود و تحلیل داده‌ها در این بخش با استفاده از نرم افزار ایموسصورت پذیرفت.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش منجر به شناسایی3 مضمون اصلی و 37 مضمون فرعی مشتمل بر؛ در اختیار گذاردن نیروی کافی، ایجاد انگیزه در کارکنان و ... در قالب بعد انسانی، تعامل با واحدهای تخصصی درون سازمانی، تامین منابع مالی و... درقالب بعد سازمانی و بهره برداری از سامانه‌های موجود، سرمایه گذاری در خرید تجهیزات فناورانه مدرن و... در قالب بعد فناورانه می‌باشد.نتیجه: اجرایی نمودن مولفه‌های شناسایی شده با رویکرد پیشگیرانه و توجه به تسریع در فرآیند های جرم‌یابی موجبات پیشگیری سومین در وقوع جرم را مهیا ساخته و باعث جلوگیری از تکرار جرم می‌شود.
